A surprisingly pleasant stay. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and everything was quite spotless. Toiletries were well-stocked, the environment was quiet at night, and transportation was convenient. The price was also affordable. Overall, I was quite satisfied with all aspects.

The air conditioning wasn't quite right at night, so I called the front desk and someone came to help fix it very quickly. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was dry with no water stains, the environment was quiet, and it was easy to get around.

The room was old. The facilities were old. The shoe cabinet door was broken. The kitchen countertop was broken. There was trash left by previous guests inside the cabinets that hadn't been cleaned. There was a small trash can in the toilet and another in the sink. The shower hose was broken. There were no shelves for shampoo and shower gel; they had to be left on the floor. There were many mosquitoes in the room. The room wasn't very clean. One of the electrical switches was uncovered, and the wires were exposed. The terrace was very dirty and full of trash.

The apartment is very comfortable; it feels familiar and homey, and it's quite spacious. My girlfriend loves it, so she asked me to give it a special review. 👍

My friend and I specifically chose to stay in an apartment above Raffles City, so we could go shopping and eat right downstairs, saving us time on transportation, haha. The apartment layout was cozy, and we were both quite satisfied with our stay.

This was my second stay. The location is excellent; it's right next to the Nanyou subway station, a shopping mall is just outside, and the hotel is a short walk back after shopping. Convenience is a major selling point.
