The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were new, and the service was excellent. Issuing an invoice was also very quick. The environment is great.

The rooms are new and modern, the service is attentive and meticulous, and I absolutely loved the twin suite!

This is a very new hotel with spacious rooms, offering great value for money. The food from Shenye Zhoudao (深夜粥道) was delicious, especially the pho – it was incredibly tasty! The congee was also good. The room itself was large and comfortable, and I particularly liked the mattress and hairdryer.

The hotel room was great, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. It's conveniently located for transportation, and the service was good. The surrounding environment is also nice. I might choose this place again next time I visit Shenzhen! Thumbs up!

Traveling with family, we booked two rooms: one king and one with twin beds. The hotel boasts an exceptionally prime location in the heart of Xiangmi Lake. Among all the Atour hotels I've stayed at, this one at Xiangmi Lake has the most luxurious facilities, from the parking lot to the elevators and the lobby. The hotel service is excellent; they offered complimentary breakfast and a late check-out. The rooms are also very comfortable, and they even provide late-night congee. I'll definitely choose Atour Hotel Xiangmi Lake again for my next trip.

Everything was great all around! The environment was very clean and the service was really good. The congee service at night was delicious. Ordering takeout was also super convenient as a robot could deliver it right to my room. Check-out was easy too. Highly recommend!
