空調房各種券折扣完價格59，前台問我多少去錢定的千萬別説，知道我59後，説他們59隻能住最便宜的房，我説我定的就是空調房，還嘲笑我59還想住空調房。後來我跟前台説我看一下房間，發現裏面很多蚊子環境也差。我提出退房的要求，當時前台同意讓我在網上自己退。後來我走了，第二天審核説店家不同意。
