5/5PerfectWe knew that after a long train trip from Kunming, we would appreciate a hotel close to Shenzhen North Station. So the location was our top priority. The hotel is only a short walk from the station. However, we got much more: the hotel was perfect! The view was stunning from our room on the 50th floor. The breakfast had a good variety of Asian and Western food.

4.7/5OutstandingDefinitely a great choice when you are planning to stay in Shenzhen. The hotel looks brand new, design is modern. Cleanliness is excellent. The view in the room is beautiful, very value of money! Want to specially highlight the girl Ann who check in us provides wonderful service. She is caring and very helpful! I think the facility like gym room and swimming pool can be upgraded, but I understand this is a business hotel, fair enough.

5/5PerfectIt's a nice stay at Pullman Shenzhen North Hotel. The staff are very friendly, like Shirelle, helped me to set up things for celebrating my 30th wedding anniversary. Thanks for setting up the decoration at our room. The cake offered to us was an amazing dessert. May husband and I would have no other choice but only this Pullman for our stay if we visit Shenzhen again.
