Nice renovation. Pleasant, quiet and comfortable room. A little difficult at this time do to check in due to lack of English speaking staff. Miscommunication on late check out request as well the following day. Hotel staff needs to communicate with each other better. Breakfast was ok, with Western style omelettes and whole wheat bread, so healthier options available. Unfortunately, all food service was suspended on April 30 evening arrival for Labor Day/May Day. Hotel needs to keep guests informed beforehand that no food service will be offered due to a holiday.

Staying at Home Inn for one night, these two aspects are okay, so praise. The room was small and there was noise of toilet flushing next door in the middle of the night, but I think that's the case with most hotels and I don't care that much.

We had to manually walk to every corner where the light was on and turn it off. I checked in on New Year's Day. I originally booked two bedrooms and one living room, but there was a problem and I changed it to two separate rooms. Stayed for three nights and the boss didn't even raise the price during holidays. 288 occupancy per room. The room is super satisfying, the space is large, and the paper towels are all Vinda. It is 700 meters away from the subway station and the hot water is super hot! Comfortable.

I was really pleasantly surprised this time. At first I was a little worried about whether the quality would be mediocre due to the affordable price. When I got to the room, My heart is really bright! Very cost-effective, very tidy, and all the supplies are available! We are a family of 5 from Hong Kong. When we entered the room and saw the room with a small staircase, we were very happy (Hong Kong mostly has one-floor apartments). Even my husband, who is very demanding, thought it was a good value for money. Then my husband wanted to watch TV, but found that there was a problem with the line, so he called the front desk. The front desk guy came to watch, and then the front desk moved a TV to replace it. It was really hard work! All in all, the apartment this time is a 5-star value for money. Don’t ask for services like the Shangri-La Hotel. They only charge you a few hundred yuan a night. It’s perfect in terms of per capita consumption! I will definitely book this hotel next time I come to Nanshan District!

I used to stay in a hotel in Shenzhen. This time I feel that the apartment is more value-for-money, free and comfortable. The check-in and check-out procedures are super simple. If you need to communicate via WeChat, you have a TV, refrigerator, washing machine and simple kitchenware. It feels as convenient as at home. The bathroom is small and there is only one. There is no separation of dry and wet which needs to be improved and improved. The hygiene is generally acceptable. The price is not bad in Shenzhen. I have the opportunity to continue living next time.
