We loved this hotel Hua Yi for their services were excellent, location is very good, facilities excellent especially the laundry services that bring up to your doorstep 👍👍👍 and very friendly, kind and high quality of hospitality services from front desk to chamber staffs especially Ms Xiao Nan from front desk show us the most outstanding service and needs that we need, advises us on how to travel around in Shenzhen, places of interest and their Metro subway train, brought us all the way to boarding of our taxi after we check out from the hotel. Definitely we will highly recommend and share all these goodness with our relatives and friends if they come to Shenzhen for visits and holidays. Thank you Hua Yi Hotel 👏👏👏👍👍👍😘😘😘

Service: The staff are polite and answer all questions. We upgraded the room. Very satisfied! (I booked a room after reading the reviews. I saw the negative reviews, but this is not the case!) Room: Neat, hygienic, simple, spacious, quiet, adequate air conditioning Bathroom: Bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry (very good) Transportation: The subway station is about 200 meters away from the hotel, about a 15-minute walk! This time I went to Longhua District for shopping, and taking a taxi was very convenient! Breakfast: There are many different foods available, including fried vermicelli, fried rice, vegetables, whole grains, bread, eggs, noodles, rice noodles, etc.! Would stay again and highly recommend!

The most unexpected thing about the room is that it is equipped with a yoga mat. It was very considerate and attentive to me for doing prostrations every day. There are also stone steps on the wall of the shower room, which all reflect the people-oriented approach. The hotel is clean and the service is very good. My roommates and I are very satisfied. We must leave comments and likes despite our busy schedule👍

The breakfast in the hotel is average. I booked a big bed before, but the bathroom and bath design of the big bed is particularly unreasonable. The space is dark and narrow, so I changed the apartment. The most impressive thing about the apartment’s room is the smell of the toilet and the super large. The air conditioner is noisy, the photos still match, and sanitation is fine.

真的很巴適，下次來了還要住這個酒店!衞生很棒，酒店的推拉式落地窗也很不錯，夜晚景色好，視野開闊，房間設施新，洗漱台也不錯，衞生間鏡子大也很方便化粧，床品很舒服，環境温馨，樓下葯店，水果店，還有麥當勞應有盡有。物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。如果有機會，我還會來這裏。
