Mercure Properties in Shenzhen

Our stay was fantastic! We specifically chose the family-themed room, and it was so cozy and cute – the kids absolutely loved it. The room was spotless with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring both adults and children slept soundly. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The location is convenient yet quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent. It's truly great value for money and our top choice when traveling with kids. We'll definitely be back! ✨

This Mercure hotel offers incredible value for money. Aside from its slightly remote location, everything else is excellent. The hotel is relatively new, with a very grand and stylish decor, and the rooms are quite spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave us two complimentary children's breakfasts. I'd definitely choose this Mercure again on my next trip to Shenzhen.

The breakfast was pretty good. The shower head in the room was problematic; it would pop off due to water pressure as soon as the tap was turned on, making it impossible to shower. Luckily, the staff responded promptly and offered to change rooms, or they would have sent someone to fix the issue even if we didn't switch rooms.
