This house had all the best things of a hotel, while giving us the space and freedom that we desired. It was clean, well decorated and the rooms were spacious. We were 7 adults and 5 kids and had room for more. There is a tremendous attention to detail such as having enough toilet paper, extra towels and sheets available. Each room and bathroom was stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay such as toiletries and necessities like drinking water. The entertainment system was fantastic and we were able to stream music and videos through the wifi without a problem on the big projector. We also loved that there were things already there for the kids such as a little tent and stuffed animals. The host and house manager were both wonderful. The house manager went out of his way to answer any questions and stopped by to clarify anything at a moments notice such as arranging COVID testing for us, and directing us to the beach. He was an absolute all-star. Location was convenient enough between the historic village and the beach. Areas to improve might be having mattress toppers for softer beds, western cutlery like forks, knives and spoons and better kitchen knives. Overall, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed at in China both from a property perspective and management.
