Wonderful stay. View from the room was just okay but already got upgraded. Apart from that, everything was amazing, incl room size, service, spa & pool facility. The view from MO Bar was fantastic; we love the vibe. The complimentary breakfast (on trip.com) was an highlight! Even if I was asked to pay I would still have it again. Spacious and lots of varieties (dim sum was just so-so though).

Thank you Michael who checked us in, the first room we were in had a strong cigarette smell and we had to change to another room. He was helpful but in room dinning to set the welcome fruit to the new room when I told him we were moving to another room and please set up the new room. We went to the pool, we were told guests must bring their own swim board which I was quite surprised with,as I truly believe they do but just do not want to be led out... Which eventually I found out that really was the case. The location of the hotel was convenient and we had a late check out till 2 pm which we were delighted with, and I also liked their flower arrangement and lobby scent which was very welcoming.

The hotel doesnt really look like that new from the outside, as we arrived we doubted if we have gone to the wrong place. The hotel located next to a residential area, 2-3 small stores nearby. Close to One Avenue, but not walking distance. Check in was smooth, staff knew minimal English though. The hotel has a aviation theme at the lobby. The room itself was fine, we had a double bed plus some sitting area. Room was spacious. Throughout the stay the minibar was available for free for us, and they extended check out time to 2pm for us. We ordered delivery online and was delivered to us at the room by the little robot from the hotel once it is delivered to the hotel. Pleasant stay overall, wished the location was a little more convient though.

Big n clean room. Staff were nice and friendly. Metro connected to mall and hotel. Malls full of restaurant variety. Very convenient. Pool was nice n big. breakfast variety was vast. Will definitely come back again with my family and friends.

Love Muji Hotel for its simplicity. Just like Muji products, simple, clean-line .. zen!! They provide diffuser with 2 types essential oil to choose from. Stayed her on few different occasions. Love their rooms, their breakfast that is served in bento kind, 2-3 different type of menu, japanese, western, maybe chinese and with additional porridge buffet/salad/fruits/beverages served. However, the bento set dont change much over the week, if u stayed here for more than 2-3 days, you get the same bento set. The hotel is just next to a pretty new and currently very popular mall. They have less than 100 rooms, think was 70+, serving biz travellers as there are 2 office buildings nearby and the other hotel there is alot more expensive. Heard that many HK people like to stay there, too. Oh, wish they have shelter walkway to the mall cos few times i was there, it was raining. Getting off a cab outside the lobby will get u wet, too. Oh, no cable tv prog, mostly local channels. They have so good bedroom slippers!!

Hotel is well located, not too far from the Lianhuacun Metro Station(exit B2, alternatively, use exit A1 which has an escalator) and there's a Mcdonald's 50m away. Orders for Mcdonald's can be made by the reception staff. The room and facilities met my requirements although as in many cheaper hotels in China there's always the lingering cigarette smell. Most importantly, the room is clean and has modern lighting. I was out exploring for almost the whole day and only returned to the room to sleep. Perfectly clean sheets. Staff is courteous and friendly.

I booked this hotel twice at the beginning of the year and the end of the year because I was running a horse race in Shenzhen. It is very close to the Civic Center, a 10-minute walk. The rooms have a simple and bright design style, and have everything you need. The toilet can be used to wash your butt. Will book again next time I go horse racing.

The same grade hotel in the city, the price is much higher, and the transportation is convenient. Although the room facilities are old, the space has a good view, and has been staying many times. It is recommended to renovate. There is Chaozhou roast restaurant downstairs, and you can order a set meal for lunch. It is very economical and affordable.

This hotel is very close to a subway station, which is very convenient when moving. I really enjoyed jogging in the morning as there is a park near the hotel. There was a slight mistake they made at night but they provided me with a bunch of fruit to show how much they felt sorry about it. I would like to stay here one day when I visit Shenzhen again! Oh, I can't help but point out how enjoyable the swimming pool here at night 😀

The hotel's location is very good, with convenient transportation and easy driving. It is very close to the subway station. There is a large and lively Zhuoyuehui shopping mall nearby. I find it very convenient whether it is eating or shopping. This is my first choice every time I come to Shenzhen for business. The room is quite spacious and has a bathtub. Breakfast is 30 Lou, I’ll try it next time.

The location is an absolute advantage, 10 meters away from Exit B. It is super convenient to eat and go shopping next to it. The reservation is to see that it is newly opened, and there are not many pictures. I thought it was a new house. As a result... I will add some real pictures for your reference. It is recommended that the homeowner clean the range hood. The whole room is greasy and uncomfortable. I wanted to make breakfast or something, but I didn't even want to enter the kitchen. The balcony door could not be closed, and the bedding and other items were piled up, and they did not enter. The room is not very good, there is no sunlight. The temperature outside is 28 degrees, and the room will feel cold when sleeping. There is a bed that is blocked by a screen in the living room and cannot sleep. As a result, 2 people squeezed in a room, and a bed was still a wire bed. If the old and new are not high in hygiene requirements, this price may be a good deal. The projector is good and very clear. Customer service will answer all questions.
