This apartment hotel was the perfect choice for our short family trip! The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was changed for every guest, and the floors were so clean we felt comfortable walking barefoot. Even the washing machine had no strange odors inside. The facilities were very family-friendly: the washing machine solved the problem of changing clothes for the kids, and the gas stove quickly heated water for washing up. The room also had enough tables, chairs, and wardrobes for storing luggage. The environment was peaceful, with a small garden downstairs that was lovely for an evening stroll. The indoor lighting was excellent, and ventilation was good, so it didn't feel stuffy at all. The service was especially thoughtful; my family forgot a charger, and the front desk proactively helped us out. They also kindly reminded us about gas usage precautions. The whole experience was meticulous and considerate, and my family praised my choice!

This hotel offers great value for money, located in the heart of Futian, very close to Excellence Center. It's super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing good ventilation and natural light, making it feel very refreshing. I had a great stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

The hotel is really nice the room is very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly well sound-proofed, which made the stay very relaxing. The location is absolutely top-notch: it’s right next to the MTR and close to many shopping malls, so getting around and finding everything you need is extremely convenient. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, which adds a lot to the experience. I also really liked the shower the water temperature is perfect and very stable. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!
