Even the crew who can not speak english or little english were trying hard to communicate and help. The room are very spacious and well equipped. The views (Room, restaurant and bar) is amazing. The food is good but it is not to the standard expected from Raffle. Some quick examples: The croissant are bad (sorry I am french), the breakfast buffet choice too limited and the teppanyaki beef (top quality beed but the cut included fat parts). Did I mention the quality of the crew?

Amazing services. We were having trouble using the DiDi App to locate a cab in front of the premises after checking-out, the receptionist was quick to catch on and came to offer help on getting us a cab. They even provided their name card and told us we can call back any time for them to help us locate a cab wherever in Shenzhen if needed. Moreover, it was a rainy day and they offered us an umbrella despite me being already checked out, and told us that we can take it with us without returning it. 5/5.

We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar and the personalized welcome note from the hotel manager. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's fantastic amenities. We spent several hours at the hot spa jacuzzi. In addition to the amenities, we also appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It's located in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. We were able to easily explore the area, and the hotel staff provided us with excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities. Overall, our stay at Andaz Shenzhen Bay Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the amenities are top-notch. Awesome location, the rooms are a bit old but it's supposed to be old-school anyways and it's clean. Facilities are pretty good (breakfast/restaurant, the gym, swimming pool etc everything is really nice). Most of all the service was 10/10. I needed an international plug adapter they gave it to me for free, they allowed me to check out very late since my flight was only late afternoon, and finally after loosing my earpods in the room, I called them one day after my checkout to inquire about it, they had already found it and they arranged to ship it back to me in Shanghai.

Beautiful view and room is very spacious with lots of storage space, bedding is comfortable, gym has all the equipment, helpful staff, the room is properly cleaned twice a day, complimentary is provided in the room, it has the same selection of food as the buffet on the ground floor but better view and more privacy. Staff is very helpful, willing to go extra to help us with any questions. Very safe area in finance district with hotel accessible directly from shopping mall.

Was very impressed with this hotel. It has a clean but stylish appearance (which is clearly appealing to the young audience who also seemed to be staying there) with small but well-designed rooms. The facilities are comfortable and create a pleasant atmosphere. Technology is nicely used to replace all the normal switches (although an opportunity to cater for languages other than Chinese?). The location is convenient to subways, Houhai, Shekou, the waterfront, etc although slightly removed. Don't expect views from a 'Panoramic' room. Cleaning staff were a little noisy in the corridors but typically respectful of guests. Hotel appears to be pet-friendly which is a nice touch. My main issue was with service on check-in... they didn't seem particularly happy to have a foreigner, preferring to help anyone else while taking a long time to check me in with an unnecessarily large number of copies and photos of my passport. Didn't have to interact with them beyond this and check-out was very quick.
