What a great and beautiful room, especially its transparent elevator that gives you an unobstructed view of the green space. It can be said that you can see the green space when you push the window. Perfect place to stay from the moment you walk in the customer service is excellent. One staff member Kyle at reception really made my stay very comfortable. He organised welcome cake and fruit and gave me information about the hotel and the area around it. He has excellent English and he gave me a personalised gift at the end.The hotel location is fantastic near Coco park all the shopping and restaurants. I also tried the resturant that’s in the hotel and that was good. Their breakfast is excellent will stay here again. Once again thank you Park Hyatt and Kyle is a real asset to the company .

There is also laundry service when you go out to do errands during the day and come back at night. It feels great to have clean clothes. There is a gym on the 3rd floor with complete facilities. Highly recommended for business trips. Zanzan also gave me a fruit plate during her birthday.
