The room temperature was just right, and the environment was quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were enthusiastic and thoughtful, with excellent service. The hotel is surrounded by a great variety of food, drink, and entertainment options, making it very convenient to explore. It's directly accessible from Exit C of Nanshan Station, making the location superb and incredibly convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk from the subway station entrance. Across from the hotel is a large shopping mall, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it perfect for all types of travelers. There's a coffee shop on the first floor of the hotel, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

This was my first time staying at an Qiuguo Hotel, and while the exterior was unassuming, my overall experience was great. I especially appreciated the enthusiastic and diligent housekeeping auntie who cleaned our room. The restaurant was decent, and the staff worked quietly and diligently. Coming from Hong Kong West Kowloon by high-speed rail to Futian, it was just a few minutes by Didi to this hotel! We had such a comfortable stay. The four of us stayed for two nights and the beds and duvets were so cozy we didn't want to get up and go out. 😂 The breakfast was delicious too. The Gangxia and Gangxia North subway stations are right outside, which is super convenient!

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The environment was quite good, and the room was excellent; I slept very comfortably. There are many places to eat around here, including plenty of restaurants. Public transport, like buses and the subway, is also conveniently accessible. It was a pretty good trip this time because I checked the weather forecast. The timing of the thunderstorms was perfect, and the rain made for a lovely experience. I recommend checking the weather forecast before you visit.

The staff were very polite, always greeted me with a smile, and were incredibly friendly. They even helped me extend my check-out time for free, which was super nice! The room had complimentary bottled water, Wi-Fi, and was really comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. Ordering delivery was also very convenient, and the facilities were complete. Parking: Parking was easy. I parked across the street at Hi City, and it was only 35 yuan for the whole day. Definitely worth staying here!!

This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of Futian, and even has its own parking lot. What's even better is that the immigration hall is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for border crossings and processing documents. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and helpful; they pretty much granted every request. The room was also very clean and tidy. You can really tell it's a chain hotel by their standard of cleanliness, which is very reassuring. Highly recommend!

After comparing several hotels, I chose Qiu Guo S and was not disappointed at all. The hygiene was excellent, the room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, the smart devices were comprehensive, and the service was responsive. The Xiaodu smart assistant was user-friendly, and the service was attentive. The only minor downside was that the robot delivery service for meals was a bit too slow.
