To find this hotel, exit the East gate of Shenzhen North rail station. The hotel is just a short walk, maybe 100 yards at most, keeping to the left until you see a set of steps leading to an none descript entrance door of this super tall building. The entrance does not say Pullman, but there is a large sign in Chinese that does say Pullman before the steps. Once inside, there are signs posted in English directing you to the elevators which take you to the lobby on the 46 floor. Breakfast is ok, a bit of western (waffle/pancake/eggs, sausage,/ cerial), but mostly traditional chinese fair. View is spectacular. Room service easy with Q scan, portions are small and price is high. Service attentive and English no issue.

This time I stayed at this hotel very satisfied. The walls of the room seem to be newly renovated. This color is super like. There is free mineral water. The hotel is cost-effective. The room is not very big, but the room is fully equipped and the sanitation is very clean. The room has a separate Wife and the air conditioner is cool enough. The front desk girl service is very hot and very good, eat a lot, the location is very good and the transportation is convenient, 2 minutes from Wuhe subway station, next to the Four Seasons Flower City bus station. It is also close to Shenzhen North Station and two stations on Line 5. This hotel is worth recommending.

The hotel lobby staffs were great. Always happy and willing to assist on several of my request. Hotel cleanliness was fine except on one day whereby there were some hotel guests secretly smoking inside the room and after checkout the staff have to clean and air the room. Unfortunately, the smoke smell had spread to my room which causes some uneasiness to my family. I think they should install smoke detector inside the room to immediately warn the hotel staffs once someone smokes inside the room.

Environment: Transportation is very convenient! It is really close to the Wuhe subway station and only takes a few minutes to walk there. There are large shopping malls around and it is very convenient for eating and other things. Facilities: It is newly renovated, so the facilities are very new. Although the toilet in the room I stayed in had a bit of a smell, the cleaning lady was very responsible and helped clean it.

1. 房間：很新乾淨，但是給的房間跟圖片的完全不一眼。不知道是床還是櫃子，就是一股新傢俱的味道，難以入睡。並且外面環境很吵，即便是完全把陽台門關着依舊是大聲。並且隔音很差，樓道講話都能聽到，樓上開熱水器就會有轟轟聲，並且掉東西也能聽到。介意聲音的，不建議到這來。 2. 服務管理：位置難找，工作人員也不會説提前聯繫髮指示圖。反而是到了前台説，要你應該一開始就加wx。7點多在前台已經辦了入住，給過身份證。11點已經在睡覺，有工作人員來敲門，沒敲兩下就自己輸密碼進來，太可怕了！！！説還需要再提供身份證，因為説原公寓不夠房間跟她們借的房間，但是她們沒有共享到身份證。這樣的入住體驗非常非常差。下次不會再來！
