Awesome location, the rooms are a bit old but it's supposed to be old-school anyways and it's clean. Facilities are pretty good (breakfast/restaurant, the gym, swimming pool etc everything is really nice). Most of all the service was 10/10. I needed an international plug adapter they gave it to me for free, they allowed me to check out very late since my flight was only late afternoon, and finally after loosing my earpods in the room, I called them one day after my checkout to inquire about it, they had already found it and they arranged to ship it back to me in Shanghai.

Beautiful view and room is very spacious with lots of storage space, bedding is comfortable, gym has all the equipment, helpful staff, the room is properly cleaned twice a day, complimentary is provided in the room, it has the same selection of food as the buffet on the ground floor but better view and more privacy. Staff is very helpful, willing to go extra to help us with any questions. Very safe area in finance district with hotel accessible directly from shopping mall.

booked a one night stay for westlife concert. the location is great - less than 2 minute walk to the concert stadium, less than 5 minute walk to one of shenzhen biggest luxury shopping mall. breakfast at the level 21 was good with a wide variety of food choices and good view - appreciate the egg menu. hotel staff is very polite and efficient, fast check in check out process. clean and spacious room with toiletries.

The service and the crew members are TOP. They strive very hard to make you feel like an honored guest. Even the crew who can not speak english or little english were trying hard to communicate and help. The room are very spacious and well equipped. The views (Room, restaurant and bar) is amazing. The food is good but it is not to the standard expected from Raffle. Some quick examples: The croissant are bad (sorry I am french), the breakfast buffet choice too limited and the teppanyaki beef (top quality beed but the cut included fat parts). Did I mention the quality of the crew?

M Hotel is conveniently located near 深大南 metro station and various tech company headquarters like Tencent etc. It’s also well placed with the 南山 district of Shenzhen so going to other places around the area is pretty easy. The hotel is in the same building as another hotel and serviced apartment so they share the same check in lobby. My room was on the 20th floor and was comfortable and spacious, it was a nice surprise to see a record player in the room with a few different vinyls to try out. I would definitely stay here again.

It is an oldie but classic. Great destination with a lot of Japanese restaurants downstairs. With Houhai mall close by and metro basically next to the hotel, you are in the middle of Nanshan, Shenzhen. The rooms are a bit old, but very well maintained. Service is really good and there is also English speaking staff. They have a small pool, gym, sauna, snooker table for use. Breakfast buffet is plenty and also have a bit western choices. Nice place to stay!
