Great location and service was good , was very clean in rooms and a very nice area outdoors near the pool. 24hr McDonald's in easy walking distance.

Great hotel. Always super clean and pool area is great. Bathrooms are dated but overall very good value!

The staffs are very helpful. I checked in late and the reception closed. I called the manager and they were very helpful to guide me how to find my room key.

It was a spontaneous choice to spend a night in this little town. With every lakeside hotel fully occupied, we ended up here, the only place with available rooms at a surprisingly low rate. Although I was skeptical at first, the stay proved to be excellent value for money

The one-bedroom apartment is a bit small but very clean and new. The reception staff are very nice, there is also a small yard. However, you can hear the noise of the neighbors at midnight.

Southgate Motor Inn is my motel of choice in Shepparton. I’ve stayed here a couple of times now and both times have been great. It’s quiet, very spacious, and excellent value for money. The rooms are clean, the private courtyards are a great bonus, and the pool is fantastic. Overall a really comfortable stay — highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back.
