The location is super convenient, close to the Provincial Museum. The environment is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and attentive. My stay experience exceeded expectations. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The front desk staff are friendly, check-in was fast, the facilities are complete, and hygiene is well-maintained. Parking is convenient, and the breakfast is rich and delicious.

The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent! They offered free shoe shining, laundry service, double portions of fruit, and extra yogurt. I particularly liked how clean the TV remote was! Thumbs up! 👍

This hotel offers incredible value for the price! The breakfast was excellent, and the eggplant noodles were surprisingly good. They even had sweet date zongzi! The salad was incredibly fresh. The room was spacious, and they thoughtfully provided slippers. I also got to try out the shower facilities for free, which was a nice touch. Next time I'm in Shijiazhuang, I'll definitely be staying here again. The toothbrush and body lotion were also top-notch.

However, the room is too small – definitely not 30 square meters – especially the shower, which is tiny and poorly designed. Communication seems to be a widespread issue across all departments. Here are some specific points: 1. The welcome fruit platter was missing from my room. 2. On my second day, my key card stopped working. When I asked, I was told I needed to reactivate it at the front desk, but nobody had informed me of this beforehand. 3. I explicitly told the housekeeping staff multiple times not to enter my room and not to change the towels, yet they still came in and replaced them. In summary, the training department should take full responsibility for these shortcomings!
