Heyi Zhishang Hotel (Shijiazhuang Chang'an Wanda Tangu Subway Station)

This is definitely the worst Heyi I have ever stayed in. I had very good experiences staying in Linyi and Xuzhou before. I always felt that Heyi was the same as Atour, Meiju and Huanpeng. First of all, parking is terrible. As soon as we entered the parking lot, the guy told us that the parking lot was full and asked us to park on the opposite side. If it was full, you could guide us or leave a phone number to move the car. There was no need to rush us. The main thing was that when I came out later, the entire parking lot was full of empty spaces, and no one parked the car outside. I arrived at 21:00 in the evening, and the room had not been cleaned yet. Can you stand this? The front desk lady kept helping to urge us to get one out. The room hygiene was also worrying, with serious dust, and the refrigerator was not plugged in. I simply cleaned it myself. The next day, I knew that there were many people for breakfast, but I was not active in making up for the meal. I was told that the noodles had not been delivered yet. I was simply convinced. The only bright spot was a little girl named Meng at the front desk. She was busy all by herself and her service attitude was also very good. I like her. I just don't understand why there was only one person at the busiest time

The sanitation was not very clean. There was dirt on the refrigerator and even garbage from previous guests. There was a toothbrush from previous guests under the sink. I hung a cleaning sign on the door when I left the room the next morning, but when I returned in the afternoon, the room was still not cleaned.

Stayed here again! Overall it was pretty good! The heating was just too hot and dry! The breakfast was very rich

The service staff are very enthusiastic, but the bedding cannot be complimented. I lay in black cotton home clothes for a while, and it felt like I was lying in a pile of cotton! It was so uncomfortable, so unfriendly to people with respiratory problems, the cough got worse, and when I walked a little faster in the room, lint-like things flew all over the room!

The room is very big. I booked a business king room, which is highly recommended. Free parking is available. The breakfast is also quite good. The service is considerate. There is also free warm water. I really love it. I will choose this place next time I go out.
