Hotel is away from the busy Area. Also short walking distance to police Bazaar.

The hotel was booked after considering the TripAdvisor reviews and it was somehow on our price range that we were looking for to stay in Shillong. The staff was nice and welcoming which even offered us a small upgrade for our room. The room size with 'King Bed' was quite spacious and everything looked neat and tidy as shown in the photographs. Few Downsides due to which I had to cut a star: 1. s 'Breakfast' was very limited and you'll feel it's better to order via Zomato if you plan to go on a full d day tour. 2. Basic amenities such as soap etc. are being kept to limited level. 3. As the hotel is based on a busy street and if you're a light sleeper in the night you will be constantly waked up in the night by the noise.

I recently visited here and it was an all around great experience! The staff Puina treated us very nicely. The space was clean and organised, and my friends and I felt very at home. I would definitely recommend this place, and I’ll be coming back

My stay at Lady Bird Hotel in Shillong was short but exceptional. The hotel is at a prime location. The staff's impeccable hospitality and professionalism stood out, ensuring a memorable experience. Room & hotel were elegantly designed and dining at the on-site restaurant was good. Cleanliness & comfort defines this establishment. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shillong!

The location is superb with warm hospitality. The staffs are cordial, food was excellent in restraunt..rooms are bit small , washroom cozy..nice experience overall.Special mention about Lody..excellent behavior

Location is the best just in a bylane in police bazar stone throw distance from the market. Front desk was very cordial specially suffer they helped us through out our stay. Rooms were very small but very clean with clean toilet and necessary toilateries and warm water. Breakfast was awesome with options for pancakes puri bhagi lots of seasonal fruits juices and veg cutlets. Eggs. They have a small parking I would love to recommend it to anyone who loves a clean hotel near market

Nice hotel located near police Bazar. Staff are polite . Rooms are clean . We stayed there for 3 days and really enjoyed the hospitality. Only one issue was delay in serving breakfast in the morning.

Awesome stay with blissful room ***** with the service of the staff. Had an amazing breakfast and appetizing dinner. The rooms are fully hygienic. Got reservation in the last moment. Try to order the dinner before 9pm they will provide at your rooms.

Ginger restaurant is not to be missed if you are seeking a good place to eat while in Shillong. They serve an enormous spread of delicious food in breakfast, lunch or dinner. Restaurant staff are very cordial too especially Bella. Have enjoyed delicious buffet during my stay in their Polo Towers Hotel. All in all they made sure it was a comfortable stay for me.
