The dinner included mostly natural sweetfish, mantis shrimp, and other ingredients from Shimanto, and the price was 8,500 yen. We were shocked to find that it is offered for around 3,000 yen in other areas. Considering the cost of purchase, it is hard to imagine that it is natural from Shimanto. The room reservation was for two rooms [standard rooms with bathroom and toilet on the mountain side], but one room with a better view was given to the single person. Please understand that the two people were given the type of room on the mountain side as reserved, and that it was not a different room from the reservation. We think that you may have misunderstood the location of the inn itself and the room type. We will check if there was any misleading notation. This time, the price is set at 20,200 yen for two people, including the Sarabachi cuisine, but the price will inevitably increase if you use it alone. In addition to the above, there are several other room types, such as those overlooking the Shimanto River, Japanese-style rooms, and Japanese-Western style rooms, depending on the environment, and the prices vary accordingly. We received your request to change the room on the day, but unless you confirm the type before making your reservation, it is difficult to meet your request.
