I used it on the pilgrimage in February 2021. Today, in the worst rain, I arrived at Hatagoya at 13:40 early, and I was told to check in at 15:00, and I had to wait for more than an hour in the cold lobby in the rain, and finally I got into the room at 15:00. It is certainly check-in at 15:00, but I walked in the cold and wet in the rain, so I think it was good to respond a little more flexibly. this is my own thought! Mr. Hatago had some places along the pilgrimage, I think there may be some people who stay at the pilgrimage, what about an inn that doesn't value those who say that? Would you like to use it next time? The room is large and reasonably clean, so it's okay, but there are no slippers to wear in the room (100 yen for a fee) １ Go out to the table and go to the lobby to drink coffee and tea for free. There is no sandal to go there, and it is a little troublesome to wear shoes one by one. Cleaning is not bad, hair on the bed pillow, the floor is dirty, stains are conspicuous, slippers are not always available, by the way, I am a skin head.

Although dinner and lunch can't be said to be  rich , I feel that the staff of the travel  prepare  carefully, and the ingredients are fresh. At the same time, I also feel their warm and attentive service  and  even in simple English when dining. The room is the basic room  Although the equipment is old, the whole is clean The big bath is very recommended, especially the outdoor wind  Be sure to go soak The hotel is located in the mountains , so it is recommended that people who drive are more suitable. If you drive, it is recommended to arrive before sunset, because the section of the road that drives at night is  that you can't reach your five fingers without lights or reflective cards. There is a waterfall and  mountain route  near the hotel. The cherry blossom season is more cherry blossoms outside the hotel.

I felt very happy!!! The world view like my summer vacation spreads throughout the city and the inn. There was a very tasteful station in front of the inn, and there was a parking lot on the slope on the right side. It seems to be good for the place where it is written in general. You can buy food and drinks at a local shop nearby! There was a tavern and Takoyaki shop within 5 minutes walk, and I had dinner with a lot of people who taught the shopkeeper. All the dishes were delicious and I was greeted with a very gentle welcome. The futon of the inn was also fuzzy, and I think there are many cartoons and I don't have time. The bathroom toilet, the refrigerator and the kitchen are shared, so you can cook! There are seasonings. It felt like I was staying at the children's hall, and it became a good memory.

The national convention of ”Women's Association to Improve Aging Society” was held in Matsuyama City, Shikoku on October 23, 2021. Since I'm going to Shikoku, I booked and stayed at ”Villa Santorini” with my 93-year-old mother. It was photogenic and all the staff were kind, but it was the worst and worst for my 93 year old mother. It rained lightly from the time of arrival, and only the outer stairs to the front desk. Same from the front desk to the room. (No railing.) The porch at the entrance of the room was filled with water and seemed to slip, and my shoes got wet. The ultimate was a restaurant in a separate building on the 3rd floor, quite far away! I couldn't understand the difficulty of climbing the stairs, probably because my mother looked young for 93 years old, or because all the staff were young. (When I saw it the next morning, it was a long staircase, but it was a very nice staircase. Of course, there is no handrail.) Finally, my mother said that it was too hard to proceed and ”go home.” However, to get back to the room, you have to go back the same long road, and the down road is difficult again. The ultimate is Haccho with chest! It's only 3 steps, but in the rain, it's nice, but (for my 93-year-old mother) I patiently climbed a long uphill, and at the end there is no handkerchief. It seemed to be really painful, and as soon as I entered the dining room door, I took out my handkerchief and started crying. ”What bad thing do I have to do and see such a terrible thing?” I cried, so I was full of feelings of regret. I was in trouble because the restaurant was dark again. I learned for the first time at a restaurant here that as I get older, my eyes become harder to see. My mother said ”I can't see it, it's dark”, so the staff turned on a spare light on the stepladder, but it was still not bright. The staff were very kind, but in terms of hardware, I wanted to let you know clearly, ”There is no elevator. Only the outer stairs.” Business owners and customers are not all young people, so please consider it.

Excellent value for money, although the breakfast is a little thin, but the room is large and comfortable, the hot spring is good, the service is very good, the price is cheap.

We stayed ２ nights on our trip to Kochi in October 2020. The hotel was undergoing a large-scale repair work on the outer wall and there was a scaffolding around. Parking is free, but the first parking lot just beside the hotel can only park about 10 cars, so you will park in a parking lot a little far away when you are full. Arrived around 14 o'clock, but I was able to check in. The front desk staff is not stationed during the day, so the room key is good. When you need it, you can call the staff at the front desk bell, and there is nothing wrong with it. Breakfast is provided free of charge from 7:30 in the lobby, but this time the staff at the dining room also served as the front desk business. We are trying to reduce costs by thoroughly saving labor. The content of the breakfast was mainly Japanese food, and Western food was about bread, salad and drink, but it is glad to eat this for free. １ There is a ”Yakuyu bath” behind the front desk on the floor, but there are only １, so it is a men and women change system on the day of the week and time. The washroom was about ４ and the bathtub was about tatami mats, but the smell of medicinal herbs was healed. We stayed on weekdays, but the morning bath is only for men, and it is switched from women to men at 20 o'clock at night, so women are quite difficult to use. On weekends, men and women seemed to be changing their time. Not a new hotel, so you feel less 々 old in the room and hotel facilities. Compact twin room, storage space is insufficient. The hanger rack is also narrow and ４ hanging is full, but there was a stick in the free rental goods placed in the elevator side space. １ In front of the front floor, you can put daily necessities such as cotton swabs and body sponges, and you can feel the devise in detail. It was a perfect hotel for the sightseeing starting point of Tosa Shimizu, Shimanto gawa River, Shimanto gawa River, with a warm service with cheap accommodation fee.

Small homestay, clean room, the bathroom is a bit small, the outside environment is good, it is a suburban place, 800 meters away from a convenience store, very quiet at night, the host and mother-in-law are very warm!
