Worst hotel I ever stayed in Shimla.Through Palak holidays I made this booking n they gave us a very dirty room . Even my Maid's wash room is better than that wash room.ciggeret buds in the wash room ,bed linens were very dirty .They charged for 2 days but at least we didn't spend 5 hours in the hotel.we decided to check out ,talk to the front Office manager,he created so much drama n refused to return the money.Both the men who sat in the front office was terrible.They don't no what was hospitality service.Redicules cannot recommend this dirty place for anyone.

OVERPRISED DIRTY HOTEL, LINES ARE VERY STINKY WITH FUNGUS VISIBLE IN LINEN, FADE AWAY MY SWWET MEMORY WITH HORRIFYING STAY AT THIS HOTEL RAJDOOT ONLY THING IS PERFECT WAS FOOD AT THEIR TOP FLOOR RESTAURANT.THANKS BUT NO THNAKS ,,I NEVER RECOMMAND ANY ONE TO STAY AT THIS PROPETRY. THE ROOM THEY SHOW 1400 ONLINE ON THEIR SITE THEY CHAREGED 3500FOR THIS. NOT CLEAN WASHROOMS, TOWEL N SOAPS PROVIDED AFTRER CALLING SO MANY TIMES.REALLY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Pathetic service. The hotel staff took 100% money on arrival, stating they will give biĺl/invoices etc while checking out.. thereon their staff behavior become rudh, .. Service poor, on every small things we need to demand such as supply of hot waterto washroom,. It's horrible to stay with family, felt insulting, the hotel staff harassing in service name, cleaning Ness Pathetic. At check out they refuse to give invoices, staying they have to bear another Gst. Not an simple acknowledgement. Reception staff rude and threaten. THEY ENSURE THE STAY BECOME HELL ONE MUST AVOID. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE-IN SHIMLA.

This happened During our (myself and my friends) trip to Shimla - Manali during (during Feb 2022). Once we dropped at Shimla railway station, a porter told he will help us with the luggage and show us a hotel. He showed a govt badge. So we trusted him. He took us to Rajdoot Regency, where the owner shows us with the rooms available. We wanted a room with good view and we got one. Then he started asking about our trip plan and the number of days we are gonna stay. as per that he was explaining an itinerary with transport. The main condition we had was the rooms should be clean, and we need wifi as I was working and the car we agreed is Etios as it was the only option with more comfort Once we fixed the rate and paid 80% of the money, the behavior of the manager and the employees there completely changed. 1- Wifi was not reachable to our room. We asked to fix, but he didnt 2- The car we asked was ETIOS but we got Swift. We fought and then we got an horrible Etios 3- we left shimla to manali in the Etios. when we almost reached the hotel, there was heavy snowfall, so ETIOS cannot move further. The driver called the hotel and they told that they would send a Jipsy, which will cost 1000 rs. we had no choice but to pay. 4- after we reach we see there is no power in the hotel in manali. not even toilet paper and soap. and this time the hotel itself doesnt have wifi 5- we called the manager and had an argument. at the end he was threatening us to leave the hotel and he said he will see if we get to shimla again. after this we packed everything and left the hotel next day. even the driver didnt came to drop us. we booked another taxi to move from that place.
