We have stayed at several Taj properties in India as well as with other reputed international brands for more than 2 decades but the stay at Taj Theog has been one of the best that we would always remember. The quality of services and the maintenance of the rooms and various facilities in the property have been of a very high standard. The staff has been very good, polite and responsive. We would like to specifically recognise Mr. Jitendra Nakhwa and Mr Deepak who were ***aging the restaurants. We were extremely impressed with their attention to details, personal care and open mind to receive any feedback. The food was top notch and we enjoyed every bit of it. Special mention about Mr Vikas who guided us for a great trip to Hatu Peak as well as local trekking and walking activities. He took extremely good care ensuring our safety, comfort and shared a lot of information about the various flora, local culture, apple orchards etc. People like Mr Jitendra, Mr Deepak and Mr Vikas are difficult to find in the world we live today. The only room for improvement is about the temperature control in the room. The panel is not very user friendly and we had a very warm ambience during the first night which made us feel very dry. Only after we called the technician, he helped to change the settings that suited us. It would be good to put some guidance note in the room to enable guests understand how to operate the temperature control panel. Least but not last, all staff from right from the reception, housekeeping, recreational facilities (pool, activity centre, etc.) was also excellent in their respective duties. Overall a wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting you again and continue our expedition of various Taj properties. I generally don’t get time to write reviews but do make the effort when the experience is truly memorable!
