Please be aware if this group, especially booking through *********** Rooms pictured are way off the images, booked 4 rooms for family and friends for 1 night, pay at hotel. Owners contacted us through *********** messaging service asking for 30% transferring into an alternative hotel bank account, which I regrettably did. When we got to the hotel advertised they had no record of us and the place looked like it was last invested in 1970’s, we then walked to the other hotel Crystal Palace, looked at all the rooms on two floors, all filthy, windows broken and equally from the 70’s, they denied having deposit and then agreed they did have it but would not give it back. Rip off merchants and miss advertising both hotel BE AWARE, you have been warned!
