Location wise is not too bad. It’s about a 10min walk from the train station. And right next to the Shimoda tourist information centre. It’s a short walk to the harbour front - being near the ocean is nice. There’s a 7-11 about a 7mjn walk away. And the park next to the ocean is very near too and very nice to walk. The ryokan doesn’t have a lift though, so take note if you’re bringing heavy luggage.

A renovated inn? The stylish Japanese-modern rooms are impressive. Because they're new, they also have a sense of cleanliness. The location is just under 10 minutes' walk from Izukyu-Shimoda Station, or less than 5 minutes by bus, making it easy to stroll around town and sightsee. There's a roadside station right next door, and the coast is close by. As it's a bed-and-breakfast only, the service is minimal, but there was nothing bad to say about the staff. The baths are small, but there are two, and they can be locked from the inside, so they can be used privately, which is nice. Considering the cost of the accommodation, I think it's a more than adequate facility.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Shimoda Station, which is quite convenient. However, there are few places to eat nearby, mainly concentrated near the station. The room is quite spacious, with an independent bathroom and sink. The room has an independent entrance where luggage can be stored. The mattress is a bit small and I always worry about falling when I turn over in the middle of the night. There are two public bathrooms, one large and one small. Both men and women wash on a first-come, first-served basis, so when there are many people, you have to queue up...

It's a very Japanese-style hotel. You have to change your shoes when entering and make your own bed. The room is ridiculously big for a Japanese hotel and it's very comfortable! The hotel also has a hot spring, which is very comfortable to relax after a day of fun! The only drawback is that the hotel is a little out of the way, there aren't many things to do nearby, and the roads are all mountainous. The two of us were exhausted after riding for a day!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 8 minutes to walk to the bus terminal and 10 minutes to Shirahama Coast. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The front desk is very polite, the room is super clean, and you can buy coffee at the door. The bathroom is only Japanese style, a great experience.

The room is so clean and the space is big! The hot spring in the bathroom is very comfortable. It’s such a nice quiet little hotel. I will stay here again in the future!

The lobby was very stylish and the room was very clean. Onsen was nice too. I would like to use it again.

服務很好，前台會簡單英語，多的需要翻譯器。房間被子很軟很舒適，房間香氣也很好聞，温泉熱湯很舒服，雖然説是公共的，但實際使用是分開的（有兩間，可鎖門）。也有自動販賣機賣些泡完温泉後的飲料。離車站十來分鐘步行距離，拖大行李箱會有點難走因為人行道比較窄。總的來説是很好的體驗。
