Booked for Ac room but they allotted ordinary room with pungent smell, after complaining with Make my trip they allotted one room with AC. These staff are not good in service as well.The room smells and they don’t have basic stuffs like mirror in the room. There was only one in washroom but not in the dressing area. The TV remote did not work. They charged us the cost of a premium room but the room allotted was very bad. The staffs are not updated enough with information and say that they haven’t received any notification which is unbelievable. A very disappointing experience. Even the washroom wasn’t clean.

Property Manager is not friendly and property is under OYO and is not suitable for families, we need to ask for towels, soap and some times ac is also not working

One of the worst hotel rooms I have ever visited in my life. We reached the propert at 11.30 pm, the receponist guys were like lazy fellows not welcoming, First sign of bad impression. We had booked for ac room which costs but they told that rooms were full and we will provided with non ac room and also told that they will change the room to ac next morning, but we were planned to leave the property at 7 am morning. They provided some suffocated no ventilation rooms with no water bottles, Soap and other necessary items. Later we asked the reception guys to bring Soap for fresh up as we planned to leave early morning. Due to long journey we were tired and slept... later at midnight 1 am one guy from reception bangs the room and brought one water bottle. When we asked about Soap, he blabbered something and went. Next day morning we check out this worst Horrible property. While handing over the keys, these irresponsible reception guys were sleeping and no response at all. Hotel location, rooms were neat bit worst hospitality!!

please make an option that we can change the check-in time while booking a hotel normally it's 12 pm to next day 12 pm.

Everything is good like Ambience of the hotel service at the hotel maintenance of the hotel good parking place....

Some what compact rooms with not much elbow room but everything works as mentioned:From A/c to TV to Bathroom fixtures. No window so A/C or fan is a must. Friendly staff. Limited car parking. Missed coffee maker. There is a A/C vegetarian restaurants the ground floor which is quite popular and very reasonably priced. Did not explore the non-veg restaurant on the top floor.

The room was clean and neat. Ambience and the atmosphere is super calm and cozy. The staff were so friendly. Easy access to hotels and other facilities. Worth for the money spend. Definitely the perfect choice of stay in Shivamogga
