Hotels near Kozanji in Shimonoseki

　The hotel in Shimonoseki chose this place to try fish and seafood in the Karato market. Since the front of the hotel is a shipping station to Moji and Iwata Island, I was able to return to the hotel in ５ minutes after sightseeing Moji retro. Convenience store is next to the family. The sea sound hall and Kamon Wharf are also in front of you. Akama Jingu shrine and Yoshitsune statue are within walking distance. The station is far, but there are often city buses. Parking fee was free. The staff feels good. The building is old, the room is slender and small, but if you go from the price, you can't complain. The bed in the twin room is semi double ２ and relaxing. The bath and toilet are separated, and the bath is Japanese style that can wash the body outside the bathtub. There is a bath salt. There is no hook to hang a bath towel.

I went to Kitakyushu for a family trip and stayed at Rihga royal hotel Fukuoka, which is located near Kokura station, the center of Kitakyushu. First of all, the location is very good. It's close to Kokura station and there are shopping centers, downtown, shopping streets, and Kokura castle nearby. Since it's near Kokura station, it's easy to get to other areas nearby, such as Fukuoka and Moji port. The hotel is a large hotel with high floors that are very noticeable in the neighborhood and seems to be the best hotel near Kokura for banquet halls, buffets, etc. It has an overall older feel than the newer hotels these days, but in a good way, it's classic and the rooms are relatively larger than the newer hotels. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, so it is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is also doing a good job of maintaining the characteristic Japanese friendliness and attentiveness. The in-room amenities are also good. The hotel breakfast is also excellent for the price. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kitakyushu.

The 1st room allocated to us had a bad stench which smelled like sewage, so we immediately went back down to the reception desk and inform about the stench and requested for a room change which the staff quickly obliged. The 2nd room was okay without any noticeable stench. The manager also promptly went to the 1st room to check on the stench we reported. Compared to the other hotels we stayed in, this particular hotel had an odd smell, somewhat like stale air mixed in with old carpet smell and old heating system smell which was noticeable along the hallway leading to the rooms. The not so fresh air could be due to poor ventilation system or age of the building. The hotel is very huge with lots of rooms so requires one to walk quite a fair bit especially if your rooms are not located near the lift lobby. Coin laundromat was not easy to locate for the 1st time as it was located very far down the corridor from the lift lobby and had only a tiny black signage which was hard to see in the dimly lit corridor. Hotel location was superb as it was within the JR station compound with plenty of shops around.

Arrived late at night and only １ nights. A little far from Shimonoseki Station, but the Karatsu market of the tourist spot is close and Akama Jingu shrine is in front of you. The dormitory room signed was just the view of Akama Jingu shrine. I couldn't use it when I checked out, but I seemed to have access to the rooftop. I did a waste of expecting a considerable view. The shared space is large and there is a cafe. Good environment for address hopper work. I'm almost a joint bath with Domi. It was my first visit to Shimonoseki, but I liked the city very much. I was able to sleep enough with my son of an elementary school student. I want to use it if I have another chance. If the frequency increases, I want to become a member. There was a humidifier in the room and it was saved.

Very close hotel from Shimonoseki Station. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk. The price of the original 々 is also cheap, but we were able to stay at a low price in the Go To Travel campaign. There were various soft drinks such as wine, shochu, plum sake, whiskey, etc. The tweezers were small bags of several cm angles, but the free drink lounge was good for a long time from 17:00 to 21:00. Breakfast was good as a business hotel with a Viking for gloves, basic Japanese style and tile soba. There is no check-out. I only get out as it is because I pay in advance without returning the key. I thought it was a super eco operation.
