Reviews of Yuyado Kuttari Onsen Lake Inn

I stayed alone in a Japanese-style room with breakfast included. The room was spacious enough for one person, but it might feel a bit small for two. The Japanese-style room had been renovated, and the sink was modern. The mirror had a light, which was very convenient. The toilet had a bidet function, but I couldn't get it to work, perhaps because I didn't understand how to use the control panel.

Location is a bit out of place. But its a good mid point stop as I was travelling from sapporo to lake akan.

The room was spacious and very clean and we stayed for 2 days. There was a play place for children. A big comfortable to relax after insen. I had good view of lake and mountain from our room. onsen was very good. Very pleasant place to stay to relax. Not much activities nearby like to walk round or view. Quite unfortunate the restaurant was closed and we didn't get to try their food.

We booked for 2 adults and 1 kid, the room is extremely big compare with Japan’s hotel. It is good for stay over. Also I try their dinner in onsen restaurant. It is good and valuable.

The hotel is clean, the view is very beautiful, the onsen is good. When booking, choose the lake view.

I stayed alone for one night. The double room was spacious and comfortable. As a hotel, the lighting was a bit inconvenient; it was either too bright or completely dark, as there were no smaller lights. However, considering the price included access to the hot springs and breakfast, I think it was excellent. It was also fun playing table tennis with a friend who joined me for a day trip to the hot springs.

The price is great! The facilities are not great, but you won't have any trouble finding a place to stay.

It was absolutely amazing!!! The stars seen from the open-air bath were amazing!!! I will stay here again!!! It was also great that there was a Japanese-style room!!!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap were good. There was plenty of water. The open-air bath had a great view of the stars and the temperature was just right. The breakfast was also satisfying!

It was a nice place to stay, with a calm atmosphere and good service. They even had a cute sign! The walls were thin, so unfortunately we could hear parties in other rooms at night.

I left something behind. Is this my fault too? I wasn't contacted at all. I realized it myself and went back. Apparently Tokachi Gardens Hotel is the parent company. This is a hotel group where you can't expect good customer service. The hot springs are great, but the customer service is terrible.

The hotel was old and the room had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was very limited.
