Thank you for every wonderful staff who served for us during my stay. Especially Mr Rajesh from the restaurant. He is really kind person. Hotel is situated in the peak of Shirahama. The building and facilities is modern. When we arrived the hotel, they will escort you to take the welcome drink first in lounge then the the lady receptionist will explain the facilities and show you the way to room. The hot springs is really comfortable and facing the town. Room is average as we booked the standard room but they do have rooms with balcony. Highly recommend! The dinner meal is served Italian and taste is yummy with quality. Morning breakfast is extremely delicious compared to other resort hotel. They serve fresh sushi, fruit, juice…… and separate three different sessions to eat. In summer, swimming pool is open to use & gym room is available. When we leave the hotel, two gentlemen help us put the luggages inside the car and farewell us until our car totally away from hotel. Really enjoyable the stay and recommend who come to Shirahama.

The toilet is separated from wet and dry. The room is large and fully equipped. It includes heating and cooling inverters, air fresheners, bathroom supplies, tea sets, safe... and more. The proprietress was very kind and smiled. The day I lived was Thursday. The nearby room was rested. The proprietress introduced another one to me. She also told me to bring towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc., because that room will charge. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the beach. Its is a stand alone building on the main road close to a convenience store and has free parking. A few stalls are right right outside, so very convenient for lugging your belongings.It is also walking distances to a few restaurants and a public bath is close by. The staff Mr Lee greeted us and is very friendly and informative. Our room is located on the 2/F with a balcony. Reasonable spacious, comfortable twin bed and sheets with good size bath and a table for sitting and space to open up luggages. Its has double glass and to our surprise not noisy at all. We had one of the best night sleep in Wakayama. Price is very reasonable. The day we stayed I was not well and it was raining so missed the chance to swim in the famous Shirahama beach. Would definitely stay in the same place if I have the chance to return.
