I am planning a return visit with my beloved family. I had a good rest thanks to the delicious meal and outstanding hot spring water. The staff were all friendly and nice, so it was comfortable to stay alone.

Located at the town of Shiraoi about one hour drive from New Chitose airport, it is not a very popular onsen area, but a small town by the sea. The hotel is nothing like a traditional onsen hotel but a modern building. The lady at the reception is at the door to help us with the luggage. We were seated at the reception to the check-in, treated with a cup of tea and snacks. There were only six rooms in the hotel, a lounge, a restaurant and a reservation-required onsen. The room was of decent size, with separate toilet and bathroom, a seating area, a massage lounger, and a mini HiFi with CD. The room has a classic western style feel. Very comfortable. The reservation onsen is nicely touched and one of the best of its kind I have ever visited. You can relax at the lounge after onsen and free drinks are provided. Dinner and breakfast are served in the only restaurant. The dinner is western style but of course with Japanese taste. After all, if you want to try a more western style onsen hotel, this is one to try, but the price tag is a bit higher than normal onsen hotel.

I realized the meaning of the popularity of a hotel with a very high rating. We had a wonderful time with customer service, food, and hot springs, even though it was a small hotel. I think it's a hotel where you can't know how good it is unless you go there once. It's not a so-called luxury resort hotel, but it's a hotel that makes you feel good about staying. モール温泉に期待して初めて宿泊しました。 温泉は僕にしては高めの温度でしたので長湯というわけにはいかず短時間を何回も入りました。 たぶん41から42℃くらいの間だと思います。 お肌はスベスベになったような気がしました。 ホテルの人の対応はよかったです。 嫌な思いはありませんでした。 ただ、洗練されてないように感じました。 夕食のレストランの時にいきなりこちらの会話に入ってきたり 朝食の時はスタッフが1人になり頼む時の待ち時間が長い時がありました。 食事はまあまあという感じでした。 ちょっと流行りを追っているかなあという感じもしました。 ただ、これはめちゃくちゃ美味いと感動するものは ありませんでした。 野菜は無農薬のものを使っているみたいですが、 今は亜硝酸の問題もだんだんとわかってきているので 影響のある化学肥料も使っているのかこちらから聞かなくても 情報もあるとよかった。

以前から動画サイトでチェックしていたので、北海道への帰省時に実家の母や母方の親戚と一緒に滞在いたしました。 お部屋にマッサージチェアがあり、真っ先に使いリラックス。 アメニティ類も豊富に揃えてあり、気持ち良く滞在できました。 モール温泉は源泉かけ流しとのこと。確かにちょっと熱かったのですが、窓を開け外からの風を受けながらの半身浴が心地良かったです。 朝の貸し切り風呂も新緑と鳥のさえずりに囲まれ、解放感に浸りました。 ライトアップされる夜にも入れば良かったと、ちょっと後悔。 モールの泉質が肌に合ったようで、化粧水無しでも肌の突っ張り感がなかったのには驚きです！ 夕食でいただいた白老牛は最高でした！ シェフさんが「食材に恵まれている所」とおっしゃるだけあって、どのメニューも満足できるものばかりでしたが。 スタッフの方々には細かな点まで配慮いただき、本当にお世話になりました。 一泊だけでしたが、母や叔母達にも喜んでもらえて、こちらのホテルを選んで良かったと思います。

一人での宿泊。やはり夕食のフレンチは緊張しますよね。しかし、シェフもスタッフの方も気持ち良く接してくださり、ゆったりと時間をかけてお料理を堪能いたしました。モール温泉も初めてでしたが、トロッ、すべすべ。翌朝の化粧ノリが良かった事は嬉しいかぎりです。朝食の品も沢山。山盛りのイクラに黒大豆の納豆。御飯がすすみ、帰ったらダイエットしなくてはなりませんね(笑)
