Sunny Holiday Hotel

The hotel environment is elegant and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly. The staff are warm and attentive, making for an excellent stay. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

The hotel has a very convenient location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were all polite and courteous, making for a great stay. The rooms were clean, tidy, and bright with fresh air. Free parking was available. The only downside was that it was quite noisy.

The service was excellent and the environment was beautiful.

I was extremely satisfied with this stay! The hotel's location is very convenient, not far from the high-speed rail station and attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, efficient with check-in and check-out, and responded promptly to any questions. The breakfast selection was well-balanced and offered great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Facilities: Relatively complete, but the TV cannot be cast. Cleanliness: Okay, the visible areas are not dirty. Environment: Very noisy. I was prepared because the note mentioned a KTV downstairs, but I didn't expect the loudspeakers from the park across the street to be the real culprit. They played music for over five hours, from 4 or 5 pm to past 9 pm. Service: Okay.

I've never given a bad review before, but this hotel was truly indescribable. My expectations for a three-star hotel weren't high to begin with, but I was extremely dissatisfied, especially with the service. First, during check-in, the front desk was practically unable to resolve any issues. They'd tell me to wait a moment, and when I asked how long, they'd say 60 minutes 🥹. There were twin beds available that day, and I wanted to change from a king-size bed to a twin bed. They said I'd have to pay the difference between the displayed price for a king-size bed and a twin bed. Fine, but I clearly saw that the king-size bed was cheaper than the twin bed. Their reply was that the price varied daily. Check-out time was 2 PM, but even before 2 PM, my room key was no longer working. In the evening, I wanted to borrow a bottle opener, and they immediately told me they didn't have any, even though there was a karaoke room on the 3rd and 4th floors. They said it was a department the hotel didn't need and they might not be willing to lend it. We finally managed to borrow one after insisting. However, the hotel cleanliness was acceptable, and the breakfast was simple and quite clean.
