Warmly welcomed by friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were very nice. Room was clean and well maintained. We drove there and park the car conveniently in the front of the hotel. The only thing was that there were quite many flying ants inside the room near the windows (windows were closed). Overall a very good hotel experience.

Everything was perfect. I would like to stay here again. Service is great. Location is amazing and has history connected to Noh-gaku.

Harder to reach if you are travelling without a car, however nothing else to criticise, amazing breakfast and dinner, attentive and polite services with english speaking staff, massive room we had a comfortable stay!

Great service and seafood. Also it's very close walking distance to 神之道 and 三保松原。Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay, although the location was a bit challenging to find and quite far from the city. Right outside our room was a beautiful blossom tree, adding to the charm of our experience. It would have been helpful if the communication regarding dinner reservations was clearer, as we weren’t aware we needed to book in advance. Fortunately, the staff recommended a lovely restaurant within walking distance that was still open, and we really enjoyed our meal there.

Very good

I stayed for one night in a Japanese-style room. I was touched by the welcoming green tea and yokan, and I was satisfied with everything, including the bedding on the floor, the old-fashioned room, and the facilities. I was also able to take a walk along the nearby coastline.

Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and it was great for walks as the sea is right in front. All the staff were friendly and brought us whatever we needed right away.

The rooms were spacious, and the entire inn was very clean. Although all the staff were foreigners, they were very polite and helpful, making for a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is located right at the entrance of the scenic area. It's a very traditional Japanese hot spring inn. The hotel dinner is a kaiseki meal, which is generally acceptable but not particularly surprising. Breakfast is a standard Japanese breakfast. The hotel environment and service are excellent, with many thoughtful details, making it worth experiencing.
