First room dissappointed had to upgrade.pool not in use .good location

I have been a client for years..the last two years it is ashamed to say but the service and customer-oriented principle is zero. The beach area and parking area its more like intimidating. Staff member starring at you until u pay the money, overcharging, and not letting customers to park the car!! I have been a client for 5 years!! I will never go there anymore

the worst experience ever , very aggressive & unprofessional reception staff, no blanket at rooms and when we ask the receptionist answer its summer time you shouldnt feel cold , the hotel prevent us from using the beach on the day of checkout at 9:30 am although check out should be at 11 am and the receptionist asked us what you will do in beach for only one hour??? and the manager definitely was not not available what a mess???? My advice stay its unlike any hotel worldwide

The hotel management is horrible, but the staff is very kind and the hotel restaurant (Villa Verde) makes good food. Do be aware that if you book directly, you are instructed to make a bank transfer (Visa/MaterCard payment is not possible) and almost 40 EUR just dissapears in commission to their bank (they say), which is your problem, even though you can verify full payment. You are also told that 25 C in the room is the lowest possible temperature, when you claim the aircon is not working - all Albanian people, sleep with at least 28 C (we got a new room after numerous complaints). The great thing about the aircon in the rooms is that you can certainly clearly hear, that it is trying to do its best. It is like living very close to the airport. High speed internet must be redefined, since the both rooms we were in, had a maximum of 2 Mbps (measured) or none at all, which makes working impossible. Finally the rooms have no amenities, no boiler, no nothing, but a small fridge filled with chargeble food and drinks (that they charged for even though we did not take anything). Sorry - forgot the slippers in the draw. Even though breakfast is included, you want to find this meal somewhere else. But again, the staff is really trying and are very nice, which deserved a better rating, if the management culture did not completely spoil their efforts. We can not recommend staying at this hotel and there are so many better alternatives in the area. You can still choose to visit the restaurant for good food, without staying in the hotel.

I travelled with my mom end of April 2022 for one week. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the entire team there especially hotel manager, front desk and the restaurant crew for making our stay here extremely enjoyable. Beautiful view, food was great and service was beyond excellent. I would definitely go back and would definitely recommend the place. I found Albaina people very kind and firenlfy. Most poeple speak english and I did not have any issue in the hotel not on the streets.

It has a lovely terrace and the food is good. I liked a lot tagliatelle with shrimps. A good place to eat if you stay in Golem or near by. Also, try tomato/tomatina blueberry ravioli, ask to prepare them is this special way. A great view of sea and sun.

We spend 3 days in November in the hotel with our 3 kids (6,10 and 12). We stayed in a room with 5 places (not so common) with a separate bedroom for the parents. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is convenient and a good option (difficult to pick a restaurant amongst all the ones on the beachfront).

For a 4-star hotel, it is completely strange to not accept cards, to have no kettle and no cups in rooms (even for toothbrushes), to take additional fee for water, towels, pool. Breakfast is terrible (fried eggs, fried cheap sausages, local yoghurt, cheap jam, salty cheese, cold coffee). The only positive things are kind staff (special respect to cleaning ladies) and proximity to the beach, which is dirty but sandy.

Good service, good restaurant. Poor breakfast quality (for instance: powder juice, poor coffee quality) - the room equipment is not at the expected level for a four star hotel
