This hotel was horrible! They had a computer outage that caused our vehicle to be inaccessible for 2 days because the key cards didn’t work. This caused me to incur $162 in Lyft rides. They charged my bank card multiple times beyond the cost of the stay. They overdrew my bank account and caused auto pay bills to be rejected, cost me multiple nsf fees. I was told that we didn’t need to worry about the extra 2 nights we stayed and have receipts for each night and they turn around 6 days after we left and charged my finances card $280 without authorization and overdrew her bank account. I have called corporate, the property along with emails and complaints through their Facebook page where I’m told somebody will contact me and they don’t. I call the hotel and they put me on hold and never come back or tell me the manager isn’t available. But they gave me 20,000 points so I guess that’s resolution in their eyes. Which is laughable because even if I was going to stay with them again that wouldn’t even throw a stick at covering a free night.

Our staff was actively working to assist guests and had security on hand to help manage the situation. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered an entrée voucher to compensate for the disruption. We attempted to contact you multiple times regarding this balance, but we did not receive a response until July 25th. During this time, both the original and secondary methods of payment on file were declined. The charges were then moved to a House Account, and the remaining amount was finally captured on July 23rd. We understand the financial impact this may have had, including any NSF fees incurred. Our intention was never to cause such difficulties, and we regret any stress this situation caused. We attempted to address your concerns through various communication channels and provided 20,000 points as a form of compensation. While we understand this may not fully resolve the issue, we hope it demonstrates our commitment to making amends. We are continually working to improve our processes to prevent similar situations in the future. Please contact our management team directly so we can further assist you and find a satisfactory resolution.

The Hilton was such a nice hotel to stay at. It is one of my new favorite Shreveport hotels. It was very clean, very nice staff that was very helpful. I called the front desk with questions and they was so nice and helpful. We brought our service dogs and the staff was so nice about it. I love the check in/check out feature on app. You can also chat with front desk on there and get a very quick response. The air conditioning worked very good and beds were super comfy.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Due to work obligations, my family amd I arrived at 3 am Friday night/Saturday morning. We get on the elevator and are welcomed by an elevator floor covered in dry vomit. We get to our floor and there's more dried vomit on the floor by the elevator. We open our room door and are greeted by an air condotioner that didn't work. By 3:15 am, I'm calling the front desk to complain. Well, out of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed at in 8 different countries, this is the only one without 24 hr emergency maintenance. I was gonna try to find another hotel but my son had to be at a competition in 4 hours and needed some rest so we stayed. At 7:15 am, I complained to the supervisor....my complaint from a few hours before was never passed on to him. We left and came back that evening. Sure, they fixed the a/c and cleaned the vomit in the elevator (but not the vomit on the floor I was on), but at 1 am Saturday night/Sunday morning, the fire/smoke alarm started beeping due to a low battery. I call the front desk...no 24 hr service so it would have to be fixed after 8 am. By 2 am we were checked out of that HORRIBLE place. You know what my consolation prize was? A free bar voucher. Super classy Hilton. I booked a room for a 48 hr hour stay and 23 hours after we got there we were forced to leave because of their incompetency, yet we were charged for a 2 night stay and offered a bar voucher for our troubles. Remember...vomit is a biohazard and a non-working smoke/fire alarm is a safety hazard. Both of which these people did not care about. You really think they care about you, your safety, and your stay? Guess again! They only care about the money.

Diamond stay away. Front desk clerk would not give extra breakfast pass because I didn't select 3 guest when I reserved my room....lol... give a diamond two extra passes.Hilton needs to refocus and start taking care of these small issues.Do better!

FRAUDALENT CHARGES NEVER HAD A RESERVATION NOR BOOKED ANYTHING BUT MY ACCOUNT ALL OF SUDDEN OVER DRAWN ALMOST $ 300 from where I was surprised with a mini getaway with fiance And stayed the weekend. The hotel was paid for before we arrived with his bank card. I made the mistake of buying breakfast with my card only to now 2 weeks later wake up to a negative account from them. They will not return calls and the one time I got a human on phone to tell me that this was not their problem that someone without permission ran my card for almost $300. I stated that i didn’t sign for these charges nor did I show proof of id or give permission and they stated they would not fix this because it’s normal for them to run credit cards of any guest . Aside of this their computers were down we had no room key if we left room had to have security let us back in room after waiting in hall for 45 mins we had our vehicle however our car was stuck inside the parking garage because of the computer outage and not having room key. There’s so much more however this place ain’t worth my breath!

During this contact, all relevant information was provided to you, and you indicated your intention to dispute the charges and contact corporate. The Good: Right on the river area. Good bar and restaurant on the premises. ATM available in the lobby area. Bedding and room furniture were in great condition. The TVs were fairly new and good selection of viewing options. The Bad: Parking fees Room AC handler door was loose.

Pool is small. No free breakfast. Hotel is fairly new and good for biz. Room is clean in modern design. 3 stars because the room cleaner came 3x. 10.30am,10.45am and 11.15am. I already said I will be checking out at 12. Really hate being disturbed especially I am in middle of a meeting.

The pillows are the best! The service was impeccable. Room was spotless. Room service was great. Valet service was awesome! I love the fact that the water bottles were courtesy and were replaced when I asked for them to be replaced. I will surely be staying at this Hotel upon any future Shreveport visits.

I will NEVER book here again. The prices and customer service are both ridiculous. I paid for breakfast that I never received after waiting 40 minutes and being made late for work. I was also charged $35 to park 1 vehicle on top of $12 for parking being added to my room. This place and the management is a joke.

$35 PARKING, TERRIBLE MANAGER, EVEN WORSE FRONT DESK AGENT. For such a nice and upscale hotel the front desk is just awful and the manager is worse. The only interest of this property is to soak every dollar possible from their guests. The rooms are ok and the bar is meh but the front desk staff is really lousy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE. If you are a Diamond guest they treat you poorly. One of the absolute worst Hilton experiences I have ever had.

BAD customer service We booked 2 rooms at the same time on the same booking. Had to extend for 2 nights, every room had a different price for the extension even thought it was on the same booking. Price given was the same if we walked from the street and asked for a room, no consideration that we were already staying there for a few days, manager thought it was fair, one room was $60 more then the other one, go figure the logic behind that, had to extend further, just went somewhere else, I guess they rather don't rent the room THIS IS AN OLDER HOTEL WHICH BEEN REMODELED, but be aware they only painted the place change the furniture etc, bathtub is still the same, rusty and old, mine was draining extremely slow BE AWARE PARKING IS $15/NIGHT EXTRA they do not advertise when you book envethought it is a dead town with plenty of free parking in other hotels around. BAD Customer service

Stayed here to attend my daughters cheer competition in the adjoining convention center. Hotel was completely full because of the competition. There were only 1 or 2 elevators operating most of the weekend. All elevators except the service elevator were down for several hours on Saturday. Long lines to get up and down 12 floors all weekend. Not enough luggage racks. None available for over an hour when trying to checkout. In my rush to checkout accidentally left a couple items in our room. Called hotel same day and items were no where to be found. Hotel restaurant was okay food but was understaffed for the demand. Took forever to get in and out just for breakfast. This place cost me way too much money for a weekend stay and such a poor experience. Positives: most of the valets were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Rooftop pool area was nice.

5 minutes walk to The Holy Trinity church, Starbucks is inside the hotel, can access the Convention Center from inside the hotel. Be ready as the parking garage is across from the hotel. I did not try the food at the hotel, but there is a good place, 9 mins walk.

Beautiful property. Did the self-parking right across the street from the property. Super easy .. had in and out privileges. My husband and I spent one night there. Being a HH Diamond member, was offered an upgrade to one of the Executive Suites. Absolutely gorgeous. Huge TV's, super comfortable bed, marble bathrooms .. bathtub/shower in one and shower in the other. There was a wonderful makeup mirror to use too. Robes were provided, which was wonderful. Front office staff we dealt with were fabulous . Thank you Troielle and Ahmad for taking such good care of us. Hilton is lucky to have the two of you as employees .. Ya'll are a breath of fresh air! Breakfast, which we got vouchers for $15/per person as Diamond Members... server was NOT good. Definitely needs more training in the personality department. She wasn't honest with us and coffee was very bitter. The cheese omelet was delicious, but that was about it. Be prepared to allow a lot of time to get your breakfast if you are on a time schedule. Definitely recommend this property!

We were I town for my daughter’s cheer competition and stayed here because it was attached to the convention center. The hotel was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The beds were not up to Hilton standards but also not the worst I’ve experienced. They are a firm spring top mattress and not the best. It did have a mattress topper but it’s in need of an upgrade. The housekeeping was very friendly and checked in on us during our stay. Customer service was excellent. Our room came with free breakfast but because of the cheerleading event the hotel was at capacity. We (and several other tables) waited at a table for 45 minutes during breakfast and never had a server check on us or acknowledge us. We attempted to get the attention of a waiter but was never waited on. We left after 45 minutes and the hotel refunded us our breakfast vouchers.
