Had a great time always do.

I booked a 3-night stay at Sam's Town Hotel and Casino and my experience there was wonderful. The staff was professional and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The shower was huge although I had to look up how to turn on the shower head (Tip: Turn on the shower and pull the spout down at the end of the tub faucet). It would've been nice if the rooms had a microwave and I would've liked more restaurant options but overall I had a nice stay.

The location is downtown Shreveport in a relatively safe area. The hotel is dated and is in need of a major upgrade. The room was clean but the carpet was stained, the wall paper in the room is peeling off the walls. There is no USB port or charging station on the night stand. I had a problem with the key card on two occasions. You have to insert the key card in a slot to gain access to your floor. It takes at least 3 to 4 insertions on average to get it work. The TV remote was missing in the room, but maintenance brought one up relatively quickly. The parking garage is located across from the hotel was littered with trash and several of the lights in the garage were out.

Atm stole 1500 dollars with no refund and whole hotel lost water in the middle of the night

Just about half the outlets didn’t work in our room. Stains on furniture that looked like body fluids. Carpet felt a bit damp and sticky.

I’ve stayed here three times and generallly multiple nights each time. The hotel has never been even close to full, but inevitably I get out next to a room with loud people in it. This time is sounded like a kid crying and running up and down the halls. I’m not sure the cost savings is worth the lack of sleep.

Room prices are affordable and the rooms are very nice. Staff is great. Love the steakhouse inside the building.

Our room was nice for the price, the bathroom was clearly not really cleaned when we checked in, you could tell from the shower, soap residue, hair etc. the location and amenities are nice. The rooftop bar was not open at all for the 4 days we were there, which was disappointing as we were told it was/would be. One of the front desk ladies was less than nice and professional but everyone else was very professional and nice.

Everything was awesome. Service was awesome. But the cafe downstairs was not the best.

The rooms are always clean and nice and the staff give excellent service.

Service was good. Room was nice size, clean and well appointed. The only problem I had was the shower/bathtub. The water pressure was not very good and the shower curtain was not big enough to close up while showering. Other than that it was a lovely room and bathroom.

Location was good and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. HOWEVER, the TV controller did not work very well (wouldn't respond to buttons till many pushes), worst tasting in-room coffee ever, couldn't turn on the bedside lamp without also turning on the over bed light, no ice in the ice machine for all 3 days we were there, no buffet, limited eating options. We won't be back.
