Ho Chi Minh City Hotels with Shuttle Service

I am a K-pop idol concert promoter who travels around the world. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments and have flown more than 1,000 times. I have stayed in many accommodations, but this is the first time I have experienced such a nice accommodation. 1. I always need ice, so I checked if there was an ice tray, and this place already had a lot of ice prepared. I am amazed at their consideration. 2. Spoons, chopsticks, scissors, etc. are neatly organized. You can see the detailed consideration of the host when you see this. 3. There is a washing machine and dryer. 4. There is a clear TV and Netflix is ​​played. 5. There is an extra key that we always wanted. (2 card keys) 6. There are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It is surprising that there are 2 bathrooms at this price. 7. Shampoo, cleanser, liquid soap, 2 detergents in the sink, hair dryer, iron, microwave, coffee pot, electric rice cooker, etc. There is nothing that is not there. My house. 8. It is close to District 1, District 2, and District 7. 9. The dishwashing is clean. 10. The swimming pool and fitness center are basic~ I will book only this place when I come to Ho Chi Minh from now on.

Nice location nearby convenience store, coffee shop, and restaurant. The Bay Hotel good value for money, and breakfast was fine with freshly cook egg upon order, the PHO noodles were simple but yummy. We will definitely come back again next time.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

We stayed 3 nights in Roseland Centa hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, good location. The greatest brightness of this hotel is the reception staff. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... Special thanks to Long, Niran and Tai.

This hotel is quite tricky to locate since you would have to go through an alley from the main street - but not worry since they're easily found through Grab or Google Maps. The building is quite small (same with most of the other hotels in HCM), but the room I got was very well appointed and the room design is clean and minimalist - very instagrammable. Whilst small, my room came with a double bed, a cabinet, a chair, indoor plant, full size fridge, a bathtub, and a toilet with a bidet. It didn't come with a TV, but who needs a TV when you've got Netflix and free wifi? Location is really nice too. It's located near the main road and main attractions. There are money changers, convenience stores, and lots of cafes nearby. So you won't go penniless and hungry while staying here. Definitely a hotel worth booking again!

From the moment I arrived for my initial 4-night stay at this gem in M Village Hai Ba Trung, I knew I had made the right choice for my visit to Ho Chi Minh City. However, it wasn't until I ventured out. I canceled another hotel after stayed there for just 1-night and returned as I truly appreciated the unique comfort and hospitality offered here, leading me to extend my stay to a total of 11 nights. Room Comfort and Quality: I stayed in a Deluxe room. Each room here speaks volumes of luxury and space, with proper kitchen, constructed with the high standards in mind. The spaciousness provided a much-needed sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. Staff Excellence: The heartwarming and helpful staff made communication a breeze. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist were evident in every interaction, making my stay even more pleasant. Prime Location with Serenity: Nestled in a tranquil part of the city, the location strikes a perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and convenient access. The array of dining options, particularly the vegetarian restaurants located both in front and behind the apartment, added a delightful culinary aspect to my stay. Final Thoughts: This place is more than just a service apartment; it's a home that warmly welcomes its guests. The harmonious blend of simple but decent facilities, exceptional service, and a serene yet convenient location makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of Ho Chi Minh City. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next trip, and without a doubt, this will be my go-to accommodation. Thank you for an unforgettable experience and the outstanding hospitality!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Love love this property from the location to the staff ! Their coffee in the Ground Floor was amazing! I stayed in total of 5 nights. The room was very spacious, cleanliness and housekeeping were top notch ! They keep in contact with you via WhatsApp and willing to assist with any issues. Perfect for longer stay because laundry on the top floor is also included which saves us traveller so much time/money. My city’s local friend told me that I chose the right location to stay as it is in the middle of everything. Oh, there is a Bon Bo Hue nearby that I went two times, so delicious ! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taken care of my AirPods and reported to me immediately after I checked out, I can’t say how appreciative I am ! 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️Kudos to this property ! Everyone has done a great job ! I will return !

The host was kind, responded quickly, and gave clear instructions. Since the apartment is in Vinhomes, there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The Central Park right in front is spacious and has a really nice atmosphere. Inside, the apartment was clean, and being on the 44th floor, there were no bugs, ants, or mosquitoes. The open view of the night cityscape was fantastic. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again without hesitation if I return to Ho Chi Minh City

Although the trip was quite short, I had a very good experience with the Village at Dien Bien Phu facility. The Village is close to attractive tourist destinations in the city center. The common living area is spacious and tidy. The private rooms are just enough, not too little, not too much. There is a small problem that the walls are thin so the soundproofing is not very good. The housekeepers are also very enthusiastic and polite. Overall, I am satisfied. If I have the chance, I will continue to visit the Village.
