Reviews of Chanalai Resort and Hotel

This is absolutely fabulous for a couple and more for business trip and activities with over 20 people. I booked this hotel and stayed only for a night but this is a very good experience. The staffs, accommodation and breakfast are superb. If I have a chance to Sukhothai, this hotel will be a top list for me for sure :)

The newly renovated rooms look good, but the cleanliness and completeness of the equipment in the room need to be improved.

The room is very clean. The environment is very good and the stay is very comfortable. The room is relatively large and the facilities are complete. The parking lot is also large and there is no need to fight for it. Although the price is a bit high, it is worth it. It is recommended to stay overnight here.

Good value for money. The location is a bit far from the city, but if you have a car, it's convenient. I heard that they are renovating the rooms. I think it will be good in the future.

There is a delicious breakfast service. There is a quiet swimming pool, but there are too many insects and lizards in the shelf.

Very good hotel, quiet, not chaotic. Very beautiful hotel. Recommended.

This resort is a bit out of town and first impression was not good, the man on reception was very offhand and did not offer to help with our cases. The room was dingy and the shower room had a bad smell. The place is not well maintained. Whilst they do have a dining room they only serve breakfast however, there are several restaurants within a couple of miles. The room was quiet and did have blackout curtains. One of the bed’s creaked every time you moved. Not conducive to a good nights sleep. Breakfast was reasonable with a fair variety of foods. I would not go back nor recommend.
