Mercure Sibiu Airport

The worst stay I’ve ever had. From the start, the experience was full of frustration and disappointment. At check-in, the hotel staff delayed me for a long time, insisting on a payment confirmation even though everything had been fully paid in advance. After unnecessary back-and-forth, the issue was finally settled — or so I thought. Shockingly, the same situation repeated itself at checkout. They once again claimed there was no record of my payment, sending me back to square one. I had to go through the same stressful process all over again, which ended up making me late for my flight. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable. Instead of enjoying my stay, I spent most of my time arguing over something that should have been properly handled by the hotel. I left feeling frustrated, exhausted, and completely disappointed. Absolutely not worth the trouble. I would never stay here again. P.s. Trip.com confirmed twice this is a mishap from the hotel system.

Good option breakfast and a nice service, spatios rooms, clean and confortable. Good Atmosphere ,the location is near the airport, free parking places. Good value for money.

Nice hotel and good quality for business: good and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, a good and professional conference room. A good choice for business!

Stayed for one night after a late flight. Great for the airport, nice hotel, super breakfast and good service - area looks strange as you come in, but parking is easy and all worked out great.
