Stayed for 2 nights in mid September 2025 in the deluxe double room. The hotel is located near the old town of Sibiu. It is within walking distance to the big and small square. Room was of a good size with a large bathtub and large shower room with toilet. Not suitable though for friends if you plan to use the bathtub, as it is not enclosed. Room has basic amenities, good wifi but no USB charging points. The shower area in the room that I stayed has slanting roof, so not good for tall person to use. No rain shower. Breakfast has much variety and was delicious. The staff were friendly especially the lady who attended to me at the reception. She was all smiles and never fail to greet and have small chats with the guests. I was also able to deposit my luggage after I checked out and returned quite late in the night to take back my luggage, as I had a night train.

It is such a a wonderfully located hotel in the heart of Beautiful Sibiu. The views from my windows were spectacular! The staff was welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Date of stay: 19 July 2025 Serious hygiene violations, unprofessional conduct, and a complete lack of accountability. After identifying multiple issues during the stay, I conducted a professional audit and submitted it directly to the hotel. Rather than addressing the problem, they replied by closing the matter and threatening legal action in response to my complaint. I have initiated a legal claim via the European Small Claims Procedure, and submitted the full report to Romanian authorities including the ANPC (consumer protection), DSP (public health), and MEAT (tourism ministry). The full redacted report contains photos, technical analysis, and a breakdown of the damages and is publicy available. Proceed with caution. You may not get what you pay for.

Really nice boutique hotel. It is a 2 minute walk to the little and the big main squares. This is nice because it’s in the old town but away from the noise. We had room 304 - big bedroom on the top floor with a separate tub area and a full bathroom with a big size shower. Had a king size bed. Big breakfast room with a court yard so you can eat inside or outside. Good size breakfast buffet with variety. Staff is very friendly and pleasant, and responsive to your requests. Very good experience at this hotel.
