Siem Reap Sok San Road Siem Reap|0.46km from 925 Sterling & Co.
We had the most amazing, memorable stay for 3 nights thanks to all of the lovely staff. Really, I can’t say enough about their thoughtfulness and warmth. This will be our greatest and most fond memory of our time in Cambodia. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. We were delivered fresh cookies every day, which I thought was a nice touch. The room had every amenity and I’m sure of anything was missing the staff would have happily locate it for you. The pool was very refreshing which is a great way to cool down from the heat. While in the pool we ordered a couple of beers, but aw usual, the staff went above and beyond, bringing us also a few cocktails and nuts to try out. While relaxing by the pool, we enjoyed an amazing foot massage. We also had the chance to have a scrub, wrap and massage in the spa! Breakfast every morning was delicious. The coffee was amazing and the fruit was out of this world. We enjoyed the food so much, we booked a cooking class with the hotel. The chef met us in the morning to take us on a tour of the local market. He introduced us to many local ingredients that we were unfamiliar with. We then met that afternoon to create a three course meal with the chef, his assistant and other helpers. All of this for just the two of us!! The food was amazing, we learned a lot about Cambodian cuisine and we’re given a certificate at the end. We honestly ate in the hotel restaurant many times simply because the food was of the highest quality and alway mouthwateringly delicious. The hotel also helped us arrange a private bicycle tour of the Cambodian countryside. La was our tour guide. He met us at the hotel and ensured the bikes were in working order. We even stopped at a local tire shop to check the air in the tires. We rode out of the city and around the airport. Then we were treated to the amazing views over the rice fields. We stopped at a local temple, saw local villages and were treated to bamboo sticky rice at La’s home. It was fantastic! La shared many stories and insights into Cambodian culture which helped us to enjoy the trip even more. If possible, try to head out of the city and explore the country side. We loved our time at the Golden Temple Boutique. We were sad to only be there for three nights and hope to rerun one day.

Khmer style hotel. The old hotel was renovated in 2017. The rooms are clean but small, no TV, wooden rooms are generally soundproof, and the elderly can't sleep well at night. It should be not far from the old market. Breakfast is very ordinary, it should be said that there is nothing to eat except mango. The entire hotel has a poor sense of service, especially a pregnant woman at the front desk who is very proud and should not rest at home. I have never seen a waiter with a real sense of service, and a bad attitude towards Chinese people and foreigners. Describes poor hotel management! On the last day of the flight, our family had four adults, one child and four large suitcases. On the day of check-in, I specifically said that the number of people and the number of luggage should be dropped off with five SUVs! It ’s awesome! The three worst hotels in Siem Reap. The first one is the Golden Temple Boutique Hotel and the second one is a beige hotel. There is a big difference in single service. Customers who live in the service industry without the most basic service consciousness really won't recommend others. And there is a problem with the water in this hotel. Some previous comments said that the water smells rusty. I don't see any rust, but I always feel a layer of oil after washing my hands. After washing with soap or shower gel in the bathroom, it is still a layer of oil. I don't know what happened. What's more interesting is that this hotel has almost no hotel reviews in 2019, so let Ctrip help to confirm that no one answered the phone after the customer service contacted the hotel for two days. Really speechless, do not answer any hotel calls? Ctrip customer service is very active, follow up from time to time, hard work!

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. It's near the main attractions without being on top of them. It was a bargain price with breakfast included. It's not far from Siem Reap airport & they can arrange collection from the airport for you. There are a couple of supermarkets opposite as well as pharmacy in one of them. There are lots of restaurants a short walk away towards the river & Pub Street as well as a market which is open in the evenings. Ankor Wat temples are also only a short tuk-tuk ride away. The hotel has 2 x small pools which were great, as well as happy hour in the early evenings to sample their cocktails while you cool off at one of the pools. The breakfast was impressive with a wide selections / choices to suit all nationalities. Probably the best breakfasts we had on our 3 week trip. The rooms were large, with the most comfortable beds. The bathroom was modern with a lovely shower. There are tuk-tuks outside the hotel so if you don't feel like walking it's easy to get that lift. We also used the spa facilities & had massages & treatments which were so cheap compared to other places we visited & were great. The staff were friendly helpful & courteous. All in all I could not fault this wonderful hotel. Would I stay there again? - Absolutely I would!

Hotel management was confusing, and two of my rooms were wrong in three days. Every day I can see other quarreling guests in the lobby. The manager said it was oversold because of the Spring Festival. When you booked the room, you should read it clearly and ask clearly. We had no window on the first day and it was speechless. The family room is quite spacious and clean. All in all the room was ok, the location was good and the management was terrible. Ctrip's coordination service is quite timely.

We stayed in a room with river view. ① It is not luxurious but clean room. ② There is no bathtub. Shower with hose. Hot water supply was enough. ③ Conveniently located in the city center. There is a convenience store next door, and within 5 minutes' walk there are many dining options, massages, currency exchanges and bicycle rentals. ④Balcony is convenient. You can drink beer while watching the river. The balcony is smoking. ⑤I can't communicate in Japanese, but English is fine. The smile of the employee is ◎. ⑥NHK World Premier was seen. There is a famous American café on the other side of the river, which is noisy at night. I was diligent with BGM. ⑧Breakfast is selected from the menu. It was not luxurious, but the amount was enough and the fruit and coffee were delicious.
