TUI BLUE Angkor Grace Wellness Resort

I'm came here , second time , no anything to talk, all the best resort at siem reap.

I have stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts throughout Asia and TUI Blue is easily one of the finest I've been to, from reception to meals to the cleaning staff, grounds staff, and spa staff. I booked this TUI Blue late because I was completely dissatisfied with a nearby hotel that did not provide the luxury service they advertised. The worst decision I made on this vacation was booking that other hotel and the best decision was leaving and booking TUI Blue. Upon arriving we were met by Somalai, from reception, who took our bags, gave us a cold towel to refresh ourselves and a welcome drink. It is just what I would expect and a precursor to the experience I was about to have. Alogic gave me a short tour as he showed me to my room and was blown away at the accommodations. Our Welcome was fantastic and showed me exactly what I was to expect from my stay that the other hotel could only fathom. Rooms were huge with lounge, kitchen, tub and shower, two patios, and comfortable beds. The large pool was clean, with comfortable lounges with a gorgeous landscape. Had a great spa treatment and had access to a Japanese bath. We booked our Angkor Wat tour with reception and it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. At every stop we were given a cold towel to wash and ice cold water to refresh and replenish ourselves in the intense heat. Our guide and van driver were excellent and made out tour special. TUI Blue offered exceptional service and quality and I will forever be grateful for turning what could have been a nightmare at another hotel into a dream experience.

It is a very beautiful hotel with a lot of greenery, the room is specious and plenty of space at the pool. Breakfast is delicious and with a very helpful staffs. I cannot wait to be back again and very recommended.

Angkor Grace is hands down the most family friendly resort my family and I have stayed in Cambodia. The kids club is so clutch, my kids wanted to go back every day for the drop off camp. And the gym is one of the best ones I’ve used, it has everything. Great location if you want to be close to town but not in the middle of the chaos, and super close to the temples. At the spa, the saunas, cold plunge, and hot tubs are fantastic, tho you have to pay to use them (or buy a massage). The spa masseuses were very good, worth the money. Overall, 9/10. We will be back.

The hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. All staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. Accommodation was exceptional and clean. All amenities were great and the food served at the restaurant was tasty and well priced. Anything that was needed was provided and the follow up to ensure my needs were met was a point of difference. There is no better hotel to stay at in Siem Reap than Tui Blue. Thank you to all staff for their care and kindness to ensure my stay was such a memorable experience.
