Amazing location, service and place...It is very convenient, near center, near attractions and great rooftop swimming pool with great view.

The location and service are very good, however, some amenities needed to fix.

At first glance this hotel seemed like a good place to stay until I checked the room and realized that there was bath towels or hand soap. Furthermore, the television doesn't work and the bidet hose and nearly flood the room. I called for help but no one was able to assist because it was too early. I checked out early because I was a bit overwhelmed. I think if you're lucky enough to get a good room then you might like it there.

On my recent travels through Cambodia, I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mera Residence in Siem Reap, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The friendly and efficient staff immediately set the tone for a delightful stay. Their warm welcome and eagerness to assist made me feel right at home. The quality and spaciousness of the rooms exceeded my expectations. Immaculately clean, well-appointed, and filled with thoughtful amenities, my accommodation was a haven of comfort. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the stylish decor, showcased a commitment to providing a top-notch guest experience. Situated in a convenient location near Angkor Wat the hotel's surroundings added to the overall appeal. Whether exploring the nearby centres or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll, the accessibility was a definite plus. Breakfast was a culinary delight. The hotel offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes and drinks. I highly recommend trying the Khmer Options – a true gastronomic highlight. What truly stood out was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The seamless blend of elegance and comfort created an inviting ambiance. The staff's dedication to ensuring a positive guest experience was evident throughout my stay. Considering the superb service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent breakfast, I believe Mera Residence offers exceptional value for money. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. In conclusion, my time at Mera Hotel and its Staff experience was nothing short of perfect. I look forward to returning in the future and extending my gratitude to the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality.

Very Accomodating and very Hospitable. Very welcoming and will always greet people in and out the hotel. Friendly staff. One suggestion that we can give is to update the location of the hotel as it can’t be seen on the maps and the roads a bit not good. Overall I rate everything for 5 ❤️

Nice room with reasonable price

Clean room and good service

The room is OK. It costs 2 USD to get to CDF, of course it is the price of the tuk-tuk. There is no elevator, so it is quite strenuous to run up the stairs. You need to order breakfast by yourself, and the portion is very small.

I stayed here in April 2025. The room was larger than I expected, and it had both a shower and a bathtub, which was very useful for relieving fatigue. The staff also changed the twin room to a double bed for free because I was staying alone. They were very kind and provided good service. There was a school and a bar near the hotel, so it was a little noisy, but the service was so good that I didn't mind. I would like to stay here again if I come to Siem Reap.

Very clean, very large with large terrace, 5 minutes walk from the Giant Ibis coach station.

The room is tidy and the environment is very good.

The sound insulation is very poor, and there is a music bar next to it that is very noisy at night. The TV in the room 📺can't be turned on, and the phone ☎️ is also on display. The actual situation is not as clean as the pictures, and the room is very old. The maid cleaned the room only once every two days. However, the young man and young lady at the front desk were very enthusiastic. Breakfast 🍳 is also delicious.

My stay at the Mera Residence Hotel in Siem Reap was entirely positive. I was particularly impressed by the friendly staff, who were always ready to help and make the stay pleasant. The hotel offers a beautiful pool and a pleasantly landscaped courtyard, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The ability to rent a scooter directly from the hotel and organize tours to Angkor Wat, as well as the taxi service to the airport offered, were very convenient and made travel planning easier. The breakfast is only offered à la carte, but offers a good selection and the quality of the food is very good, especially the pancakes are recommended. The hotel's laundry service was inexpensive and reliable. Although we originally only booked for two nights, we extended our stay for an additional three nights, which says a lot about how comfortable we felt. There were occasional small organizational weaknesses, but these are understandable given the new ownership and the new team. Overall, I would definitely consider Mera Residence Hotel for another stay and would recommend it to other travelers looking for a solid hotel with good service in Siem Reap.
