Great stay, good location in city center, extremely helpful staff

Great hotel super large rooms The only problem is that the hotel closed after our 2nd day of stay but they let us end our stay without any more staff just a security guard We had the hotel and pool to ourselves.

Nice place to stay,room was cleaned, good poolside, friendly and helpful staff, location is really really close to everything just 5 minutes walk to markets , restaurants, bars and Pubstreet. Will come back!

Referred to this Hotel by a local and could not fault the place. Staff were friendly and helpful with a pleasant relaxed approach. Value for money was excellent and definitely return on my next visit. Our room was located on level 2 the only downside being no lift access but stairs easy to negotiate.

Don’t trust this hotel. Made a booking many months ago but they cancelled it shortly before we are due to arrive giving not 1 -- but 3 very different and clearly false reasons 1- They claimed they could not take payment even though payment was not even due and despite the fact my credit card was provided 2- they claimed the hotel was not open during the pandemic 3- They finally started the room type we booked is no longer available. The booking was made via *********** and I noticed they are still open and advertising the rooms we booked and for the dates we booked. This alone evidences the reasons they stated are untruthful. I also note that the rooms are now charged at a higher rate than when we booked - which I suspect may be the underlying reason they have now cancelled. If you book this hotel you run the risk of similar short disappointment. Sent from my iPad

Hidden gem! We came across this hotel on Airbnb and booked it not expecting much for the price we were paying but it was lovely. We initially had booked to stay for two nights but decided to stay another two as we liked the hotel and area so much! The staff are very accommodating and nice. Would highly recommend!

Liked · The room is huge, the pool is good and the pool staff was nice. Other than that nothing is good about this place. Disliked · There is no TV in our room. No fresh towels when we entered the room, we had to request them. Barely there's any WiFi. We got robbed - During our 2nd day, we went for money changer and directly went to our hotel. Cleaning staff went in whilst we are in our room but we trusted them so we didn't pay too much attention. When we are about to head out, we noticed our money ($$) we just got exchanged went missing, it was just in our bag which unfortunately is where the cleaning staff were cleaning. We informed the front desk, but they didn't do anything about it, they said they've asked the cleaning staff and they said they didn't see any money, obviously they won't admit to it. The manager didn't even bother to talk or explain to us. We didn't file a police report or any formal complaint, whoever took it must've really needed the money. But we should have stayed in a different hotel, we gave this hotel a chance; thought price is reasonable but then we got robbed. One thing you want when staying in an unfamiliar place/country is Safety! better stay somewhere else.

This hotel was perfect for our 4 day stay in siem reap, the owners and all the staff were lovely and really welcoming. You can book tours through the hotel and get reliable drivers, 10/10 would recommend!!

Khan and Kathryn are very nice and helpful people. If you have a question, don't hesitate to ask them. The two are always at your side with good advice. The rooms and the pool are clean and big. The hotel is in the heart of the city but still very quiet at night. I can only recommend this hotel! And special thanks to the Tuktuk-drivers who are always in a good mood! :)
