The people who works in the hotel are one the worst that I have seen in my life. At the beginning, they confused the reservation and at the end they run in hurry due to pay an account that I had never consumed. Really, I don’t recommend the place

It is a good location in the city central. Near supermarket and other activities places. Recommend it to others.

Huge drop-off in quality. Nighttime staff indifferent, lazy, & rude. Not worth the price.

The two-bedroom suite is quite good, with a large living room and separate bathrooms in two rooms. The service and staff are very nice, and the front desk will provide a map of the core area. It is also very convenient to get to other places in Siem Reap, basically within 10 minutes.

All the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I had a great time in a clean facility. Access to major tourist attractions such as Pub Street was also good.

This is the first time I have been assigned a room this large while traveling with my family. Facilities Service Breakfast Pool I like them all The day before, I stayed at the J7 Hotel located right in front of the hotel at a higher price, but I was very disappointed. There were no guests at all, so it looked like a ruin, but here Kullen was very good. I want to come again

Book a double bed/twin room, go to the hotel to choose a twin bed, and tell that there is no room, or you have to charge an additional 35 US dollars to get a room. After communication with Ctrip, you will be charged an additional 25 US dollars to change to an ordinary twin room. It feels a bit deceitful. In other respects breakfast, the service is OK.
