3 Monkeys Villa (Gay Hotel)

A home away from home. This place is quite and peaceful. Our family and friends truly enjoyed this villa with its spacious rooms and clean comfortable beds. This place is definitely a must if one comes with their family. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The owner Michael Kean personally made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay from airport to villa and back. This place has a great pool, outdoors Bar amid pleasant and rustic settings. Easy access to town via tuk tuk which is easily available. The best part is you can be sure you pay for what you want and nothing more as Michael makes sure no one rips off his customers. Thanks Michael for a great and memorable stay in Cambodia. This fantastic holiday made it diffuclt for us to leave your place and Siem Reap. Will be back again for sure!!!

The boss Mr.Michael only can say ------ so sweet and gentle, To be sure you have good weak up, he will cook for you breakfast. Launder also free. When you arrival to Villa, he already prepare for you locat mobile to be sure if you need his help in anytime and arrange reasonable message for you. Price for room was reasonable and clean, not like hotel in down town, in here you can enjoy swin and to bask in the sun, message without any dust..... sometime Mr.Michael will invite you have a drink and chat with you. From here to down town also easy, only take Tuk Tuk 5 minute, Villa's Tuk Tuk free charge to send you out, but cost more for come back if you need Villa's Tuk Tuk to wait.

Perfect - Villa looks exactly like in the pictures, rooms are very nice and clean, swimming pool is just great. We were group of four friends and Michael, the owner made sure we had everything we needed (he even asked us what do we want to drink - so he can buy it for the bar) he was very helpful with all the tips and trips. Delicious breakfast, we have also had very nice dinner (cooked by his wife) It can be difficult to find, but there is free airport shuttle so you dont have to worry about that :) It is circa 5min with tuk-tuk

I had a great time staying at the 3 monkeys Herve picked me up from the airport i stayed 10 days (October-November 2017) i must say the room was great clean air con fresh towels and very clean bedding lovely modern bath room, all the staff were great and made me feel very welcome Herve the owner could not have done any more for me he arranged trips for me and he also took me to a very nice french restaurant on my last night i would stay here again in a flash the location is great and the gardens are lovely thank you so much for making my holiday perfect.

3 Monkeys Villa is the perfect place to stay while you are visiting Siem Reap. The villa is located just outside of the city center, only 5 minutes away by tuk tuk, and is in a very quiet residential neighborhood where you feel like you are staying at a small private oasis. The villa is quite a gorgeous place with lots of lush, lovely foliage and the rooms are all designed stylishly with great care and are very comfortable and clean. Upon arrival, I was handed a jasmine scented wet towel and a glass of mango juice and sat with Herve and Stefan who are truly the best part of staying at 3 monkeys. Herve picked me up at the airport, gave me a mini tour of the city (with restaurant recommendations, check out Genevieve's) before bringing me to the villa and pretty much handled all of the arrangements I needed: a tour guide and transportation to visit the museum, Angkor Thom, Bayon, Ta Phrom, and Angkor Wat on my first day there. There was very little planning that I had to do on my part and I felt I was fully taken care of. The second day they organized a tuk tuk for me to visit Kbal Spaen and Bantay Srei, both of which were recommended to me by Herve and they were spot on fantastic. Their help really made me feel like I made the most of the little time I had there. What I absolutely loved about 3 monkeys is that you feel like you're welcomed into Herve and Stefan's home as part of their family. It really is a great way to experience Siem Reap and I truly look forward to visiting again in the near future. Thank you so much Herve and Stefan. I will be back soon!

We stayed here for 5 nights and what a pleasure it was. This villa is simply beautiful set in amongst tropical gardens and totally private and secure. The rooms are spacious with their own private balcony area. Each room having a theme we stayed in the Elephant room. The pool and bar area are lovely with a nice setting for relaxing and enjoying the ambience. Herve the owner provides a shuttle service to and from the Airport also local tours and tuk tuk services to your favourite bar etc. Massage service also provided by Khen and breakfast is served by the pool. I would highly recommend 3 Monkeys Villa and a top spot for those looking for a private and relaxing place to stay.

This place is AMAZING!!! The grounds are adorable, the rooms are gorgeous, and the staff is attentive and when out of there way to make this trip memorable !!! I want to take all my friends back for another visit . Herve picked us up form the airport and arranged two trips for us to the temples. His recommendations for food where fantastic and we are sf foodies!!!

Away from the craziness of Pub Street, located on an unpaved road, you will find 3 Monkeys Villa, run with passion by host Hervé. Although the place could use some maintenance here and there, it is kept neat and clean and, above all, artistically decorated. Plenty of spots to relax: a spacious terrace at bedroom level, a garden with bar and breakfast/dining table and of course the swimming pool with sun beds. However, 3 Monkeys Villa best feature is host Hervé taking care of you in the house and supporting you when going out. He put me in touch with two reliable transport services, which saved me a lot of headaches in looking for the right one and negotiating a fair price. During my entire stay I could count on the same tuk-tuk driver for the shuttle services between 3 Monkeys Villa and town. Hervé also put me in touch with a private guide on my Angkor Wat trip, as well as a minivan transport service for trips further afield. In short: 3 Monkeys Villa is an oasis of peace to retreat to between your quite intensive trips to the Angkor Archaeological Park and other places of interest such as Phnom Khulen National Park. With his spontaneous hospitality, host Hervé makes you feel at home...!
