The hotel is great overall. But the hotel team was anxious to confirm the specific check-out time with me, always urging me to leave, the staff was anxious to confirm the check-out time with me, and the hotel manager also urged me to leave. I don't understand why the hotel team treated me like this, which made me unhappy. The hotel stipulates that the check-out time is 12 o'clock. I will check out when the time comes. If I don't leave by the time, the hotel can let me renew the room and pay. In general, the hotel environment is very good, but the team needs to improve. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel that urged me to leave during my trip. The hotel environment is good.

Very bad. The room faces the street, and across the street is a karaoke room, where there are parties and singing every night, making a lot of noise. The hotel said it was a legacy issue that has existed for a long time and they couldn't solve it, but they would deliberately put Chinese people in this room.

very good experience not a traditional hotel own a large land We are a double room with a big bed. The room area is about 40 square meters. The hotel's service is really good, and they work hard to express this simple thing well. Family outings are also very convenient, the breakfast is exquisite, the food in the restaurant is delicious, and bicycle activities in the park are provided. It is also very convenient to call a tuk-tuk, and the housekeepers are on call 24 hours a day.

IF you love nature and quality time with family , this is it. When tired from all the running between temples, this is the perfect place to relax in peace and engage in fun activities. It has private villas, Natural ponds with water Lilly , lotus etc , cycles to go around the resort . There is archery, swimming pool, kayaking in ponds. There beds are perfect for tired body. Enjoyed a relaxing vacation with sumptuous breakfast , tea with local deserts and so many fruits. Toiletry were of superior quality. Value for money . We felt pampered . Loved our 5 night stay !!

It was absolutely beautiful. Perfect place to come and relax. The room was clean and the bedroom had a proper AC and Large bed Our personal assistant, Sarem, was the best! A quick tuk tuk with our favorite driver Sarak, and you’re in the heart of Siem Reap.

The place is stunning. You will freak out with the large garden they have. First of all service is top notch. They pay attention for every details and are willing to help at any moment. Savon was our personal assistant and was great. We booked the lake villa and I have to say, sunrise at it is a must. Would not mind to come again

The experience at Mane Family Vacation was, quite simply, unforgettable. The place is truly unique, thanks to the stunning park/rice field, the quality of the villas, the great location and, most importantly, the dedication of the whole team there. Our thanks for catering to our every need go to Sok Chesda and the entire front office team, including of course the very kind and proactive Desh, Savon, Vannet , Sarem, Gorn and Janny. The restaurant team prepared some of the most delicious dishes (from excellent morning cappuccinos to amazing afternoon teas with sweets and most authentic Cambodian delicacies for dinner) we had in the region in years: well done Vorn, Sak, Mey, Theara and Thib! See you all again very soon!

A unique hotel set on beautiful lush green grounds. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The afternoon tea is delicious, and served in a very tranquil atmosphere . The staff a very friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed, the 4 of us at the Mane Family Vacation and it was simply great! The place is so quiet, the garden extremely beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool and the property with the bikes they gave us during our stay. The breakfast is huge. And the staff is so helpful and nice. The house itself are very cute and so comfortable. I definitely recommend this place 🤩🤩🤩

Definitely my favorite hotel during my stay in Siemreap! Everything was perfect. Good location, not far from the temples and from the center of the city. My family and I stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa, nice decoration and clean. Each villa is far from each other so you get the privacy you need. The garden and outside areas are well maintained and beautiful. The service is excellent, the staff are very polite and reactive. I recommend!
