Beautiful hotel! The rooms were large and clean. The service was excellent. I booked a tour online with TripAdvisor and there was a mix up. The hotel manager and his staff were so kind. They helped me call the tour company and the tour company finally came. Breakfast has little options but the pastries were amazing.

You can easily walk to the night market Street. What's the restaurant beside and the staff was really helpful. A unique hotel with ancient theme

The staffs are friendly, room is big and clean with the necessary amenities are provided.

It was a great experience staying here and highly recommend. Also thank you for the upgrade to the luxury suite for the duration of our stay.

Positives - very good communication for bookings - check in very smooth and enjoyable - very friendly and helpful staff through out the hotel - room very well presented and clean - pool lovely and clean looks very nice at night with coloured lights - bed large and very comfortable Opportunities - breakfast was same each day, other hotels vary the food , ie a different breakfast buffet menu which alternates between days would be much more interesting for guests and also the staff at the hotel kitchen to do something different - at breakfast time some foods like bacon run out, seems that the staff not well resourced / trained / given autonomy to ensure foods do not run out - shower water .. low pressure and just luke warm.. probably to save on cost of heating water but not respectful to guests

Excellent service! Everyone there was so kind. We had so many lovely conversations with staff. The facilities had everything you needed - gym, 24 hour in-room dining, pool, bar, massage. Location is walkable to many restaurants, stores etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Room was large, bed was comfy. Enough space to lounge, 2 desk areas, large bathroom, tub/shower and closet space. Staff was amazing! We loved everyone and Mr.November at the pool educated on many traditional customs, we had a wonderful conversation with him as with everyone there. Front desk was helpful, friendly. Can’t say anything negative, very good hotel.

Room was so spacious and quite nice. Bathroom was clean and modern!

Highly recommend, will choose this place again next time.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are very spacious and clean, location is right next to royal palace & not far from shops/restaurants, the spa treatments are well worth the cost and the pool is relaxing and beautiful! Really enjoyed my stay here.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to - Had an amazing time at this hotel. Where should I even start? It all began when I arrived at the hotel. Mr. Nikol welcomed me at the reception with a big smile, a welcome drink, and a cold towel. He showed me everything, gave me tips for my stay, and answered all my questions in a very professional and friendly way. I couldn’t imagine a better start to my vacation! Thanks Mr. Nikol! The room was absolutely stunning, and the entire facility was very clean and well-maintained. Even the hotel gym (which I had to visit every day because of all the delicious food during my stay!) was well equipped. The breakfast buffet was perfect, and the warm and incredibly friendly staff there always made my mornings special! I’m not usually a massage person, but I gave the deep tissue massage a try, and the lady made me feel like melted butter! I guess I need to change my mind about massages now. Thank you for the great massage, Mrs. Theavy! You really made my evening. Since I work a lot from hotel rooms, my schedule was really tight, and I needed a well-planned tour to see everything in Angkor Wat in a short time. At first I wondered if that would even be possible, but thank God I ran into Mr. Phoeum at the reception! He organized a fantastic trip to Angkor Wat that fit perfectly into my limited schedule. Thanks to his plan, I was able to see absolutely everything I wanted. Thank you so much, Mr. Phoeum, for that stunning trip and the friendly help! I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough. Especially because every staff member is not only professional, but very warm and welcoming. During my next trip to Siem Reap, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great time!

Conveniently located. Staff are very professional and always wanting to assist in anyway that they can. They went out of the way to support and provide suggestions for alternative plan. The amenities available are in good condition
