Reviews of Heritage Suites Hotel

Having moved to another hotel before the end of my booking, I can comfortably say there are better options that are cleaner, more modern, and with the same level of service - especially at this price point. Unfortunately, my stay here was unpleasant. Originally, I booked the bungalow suite for bathtub access, but the bathtub is not functional. The water tank connected is small, meaning there is little hot water available and you are left with a room temperature bath. Upon switching to a suite with private pool, there was mold found growing on the bedroom/living room ceiling. Staff did not see this as an issue originally, but I requested a second room change due to breathing allergies to mold. In the third suite with private pool, the central ceiling remained spotty with mold breakouts. Mold in the room is a definite health concern and staff explained the cause as a leaking rooftop in the complex. In the end, the hotel refused to cancel the remaining nights. Instead, they offered a massage in compensation. I looked forward to this stay and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience after 3 separate suites.

What an amazing place to stay in Siem Reap. If you book any other hotel, you will be doing a disservice to yourself. They welcomed me like family at this establishment and made me feel.at home. All the staff at Heritage suites from Nith at front desk to Koang at the restaurant and pool bar, and the rest of all the staff, deserve a applause for the level of service and hospitality they provide. Simply outstanding. I'd definitely stay here again. They know how to set the bar high with the level of service. Lastly, the food at the restaurant is delectable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are all excellent. Don't forget to try their Cambodian Beef noodle soup and the brown sugar sticky rice. Looking forward to staying here on my next trip.

What a gem in Siem Reap! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend to visitors looking for a westernized, relaxing accommodation. Key points: ✨the staff are so helpful and demonstrate genuine hospitality ✨ location is prime. Close to Angkor Wat , yet peaceful ✨ good food - we had all 3 meals & it didn’t disappoint. Some physical features do need refurbishment, but in the all the goodness, you overlook that. Thank you Hertiage Suites!

Best hotel in Siem Reap!

Amazing place! They greeted us and made our stay so special! They pay close attention to every detail. We loved the staff! The breakfasts were delicious. The best! I'll be back! More sun loungers please 🙏

Very nice hotel, with great rooms, good food in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is a 20-minute walk to the city center, or a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride. The pool is very inviting and clean.
