Hotel closed to amenities and tourist sights such as Killing Fields and Ankor Wat. Staff were very informative and helpful. Breakfast nice and filling. They had their own tuk tuk driver who gave us a great tour of Ankor Wat and helped us with getting to the last temple without the long walk in the heat (Mr. Mony). Never forget tuk tuk experiences with him. He tooked us into town for dinner and we ate at a Korean BBQ restaurant for USD $20, Japanese restaurant for USD $15. We ate at our hotel which was very nice and had a couple of cocktails. The manager was so kind to give my husband an Ankor Wat beer glass. We would come again and stay here.

The breakfast is great, the lunch is cheap and delicious, and when I have nothing to do, I just hang out by the pool. It's very comfortable.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Every aspect of my stay was flawless. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable mattress, cozy bathrobes, and a modern shower. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. John at the reception was professional and courteous, while Manager Navata went above and beyond to ensure my pleasant experience. The waitresses were also well-trained and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was very generous , with a wide variety of homemade yogurt, tropical fruits, pastries and great choice of cooked dishes. As someone with a gluten-free diet, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating they were, offering me a diverse range of gluten-free options that were all delicious. The hotel and pool area were immaculately maintained, and the overall ambiance was very quiet and peaceful. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and secure throughout my stay. One thing to keep in mind is that while the hotel is conveniently located near the botanical gardens and Apopo, you’ll need to take a tuk-tuk to get to the town centre. The ride takes about 5-8 minutes and costs 2 dollars. However, this didn’t bother me at all. My room, number 107, lead directly to the swimming pool and the sun lounger. It was a great pleasure to stay there for 4 days.

This little gem of a hotel in Siem Reap is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting the temples of Angkor. Located on a quite side street, it has the feel of an old colonial villa. The rooms on both floors open out on to tiled verandahs that overlook either a central courtyard with an abundance of plants and a pool or onto a garden. Each room has its own little space with cane chairs on the adjoining verandah. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3-day visit. The in-house restaurant provides a generous buffet breakfast (both western and Khmer dishes, included with our room) and an excellent and very reasonably priced a la carte dinner menu. The hotel staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. They gladly arranged a car for airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as a tuk tuk and English-speaking guide to take us around the temples, most of which are about 10-15 km from the hotel. We would love to stay here again!

Overall, a lovely hotel a little out of the city center in Siem Reap. The staff was friendly and so helpful in guiding us during our time in Cambodia. Our room was spacious, if in need of a fresh coat of paint, and the pool was gorgeous. If you’re looking for a more boutique experience, this hotel may be right up your alley.

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a tour around Cambodia. It's tucked away on a side street and is a tranquil escape whilst still being close to town. We walked from here to APOPO Visitor Centre in 5 minutes. Tuk tuks into town were $2, and the hotel was happy to arrange these. We ate in the restaurant a couple of nights and the food was very nice. We found breakfast plentiful and particularly enjoyed the fresh pancakes. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Great value too, I would thoroughly recommend.

Pavillon Indochine Boutique Hotel has become our “go-to” hotel of choice in Siem Reap. As we live in Phnom Penh, and received some visits from friends and family visits in the past year, we have stayed there in different rooms and in different seasons. Comfortable rooms with character, nice courtyard and pool, well equipped bar and good restaurant. Good breakfast and Khmer and Western menu, all day long. Staff is friendly and efficient, management is responsive! Of special note, they turned a Salade Nicoise from good to perfect with anchovies on request. Délicieuse!

We stayed at this chic little resort for the 5th of February. Location: perfect. Tuk Tuk time to the temples approx. max. 15 minutes and in the city max. 10 minutes. On a side street, no other noise either. Charm: Very high. Few rooms. Everything kept very compact. The bar, the restaurant and the pool are basically the core of the complex. The reception is at the back of the bar. Beautifully planted and with loving details. Service: very, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is balanced and plentiful (own yogurt, eggs are freshly baked upon request, etc.). The boss was very helpful when our son had to vomit: she brought us a coconut to drink (very isotonic) and even made porridgee, although none of this is on the menu. Room recommendation: It doesn't have to be by the pool, as all the rooms are there anyway. We were in the garden area, which is less than a minute's walk from the pool. The family rooms are huge, very well and stylishly furnished and the bathroom is sensational. The best shower I've ever had in Southeast Asia. Food: excellent. 4-5 stars and the prices for a hotel are very fair. A little oasis where you simply feel comfortable and at home. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

This French colonial style boutique hotel owned and run by Adrian and Nicky, is in a perfect location, in a quiet road 10 minutes by Tuk Tuk from Angkor Wat and downtown Siem Reap. All the rooms are large with plenty of hanging and storage and are spotlessly clean . The bathrooms are well equipped with a great shower. All the rooms overlook the pool area set in a tropical garden with your own outdoor seating area. All the staff are friendly and very smily. With a special mention for Sopheak and Kong Ny who made our evening at the bar perfect. The restaurant serves great food at competitive prices. The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from with lots of homemade produce. All in all it’s great value for money!

I had booked a family room at the sister hotel Pavillon D’Orient which i had stayed in before. There was a mix up and we had to move to Indochine, not a problem at all as it’s a five minute Tuktuk from one to other. We had a very big family room (FA3) which is basically two double rooms with the all knocked through. It has one kind and two doubles and a sofa/sofabed plus two bathrooms. It is in need of a lick of paint and one or two bits of furniture tarting up and a few electrical bits fixing. However for the space (its me and 8, 10 and 13) I’m happy to trade a few blemish’s for acres of space that means they have loads of room to spread out and avoid each other. The hotel has a nice pool (but the Orient has a nicer pool!), the restaurant is good and the breakfast excellent. As always in Asia its the staff who make the difference, a really nice team of people who are very friendly and super helpful. I understand that the hotels are owned by expat Brits however all the staff are 100% local which i really appreciated. The hotel can sort you out with all your tour guides and transport and recommendations for other things to do. Do go to Phare one evening, its an amazing non-profit and great fun. The location is in a quiet suburb of town towards the temple entrance. You need to Tuktuk to town in aboutt 5 mins, they can sort that out for you and its 10,000 each way and any Tuktuk in town knows where it is. Personally i prefer the quiet and the short Tuktuk ride over the noise of being in town or the impersonality and cost of the large international chain hotels. My fifth trip to Siem Reap, really enjoyed staying here and the sister hotel D’Orient and would only choose one or other if i come back for my sixth trip!

What a charming boutique hotel with so much character. The family room was spacious for all 4 of us. We had dinner and lunch at the restaurant many times. Thoroughly enjoyed the food. If you are vegetarian, this restaurant is the best! They have so many options to choose from. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly, helpful, always smiling. It’s their hospitality above everything that makes this place a gem of a find! Location: It is not in centre of Siem Reap but halfway between Angkor Wat and centre. No issues at all to order tuk tuks on Grab to get to centre for a couple of $. We preferred this to staying the centre.

My experience exceeded my expectations! It's a lovely small hotel, set in a garden setting with a pool. The rooms are spacious with modern features (safe, rain shower, AC etc) without detracting from the colonial charm. The staff were outstanding and worked very hard to make my stay enjoyable. They organized for me a private tour of the temples, a cooking class at Country cooking Class ( a not for profit organization that supports an orphanage), trips to town, massages etc. The food and included breakfast were very good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back!
