Siem Reap Wat Bo Area Siem Reap|0.32km from University of South-East Asia
Stayed 7 nights in a one bedroom apartment in this well run hotel. Staff is outstanding and very well trained. Location is excellent being within walking distance of the old Market and Pub Street yet realitively quiet. We used the hotel's airport pickup for a cost of $33 each way. Having been to Siem Reap multiple times we used the same tuk tuk driver for the last 9 years but the hotel has quiet a few capable drivers available at all times. We had one evening meal and several breakfasts at the hotel. Food and especially the service was very good. I would prefer more western or ala carte choices but what they have is adequate. Two blocks away is the Muffin Man bakery and restaurant and they offer excellent breakfast choices. A few blocks towards the old Market is the Khmer Grill which has many choices at very affordable prices. Also just past the Khmer Grill down the alley is Wild which is a highly rated restaurant featuring Spring Rolls both fried and not fried. I would highly recommend. Down and across the street from the Muffin Man is a Khmer soup restaurant frequented by lots of tuk tuk drivers. We were the only westerners there but the owner speaks basic English and it was excellent. He charged us $1 for a bowl of soup with lots of meat in it. This hotel offered the best wifi of any hotel I have ever stayed in Siem Reap. It also has more than adequate air conditioning. We plan to return to Siem Reap for a more extended stay and The Elephant will be our first choice.

This image effectively captures the essence of not only the hotel but also the entire city and country. It exudes an overall dilapidated and below-average quality. Our stay at this hotel lasted for a month, costing around 650 euros, and although our sleep was satisfactory, there were numerous shortcomings. Despite actively searching for other hotels within the same price range, none of them were satisfactory. However, due to the comfortable sleep we experienced, we decided to stay. If we had come across a more respectable option, we would have immediately left. The advantages include a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at night, as well as reasonably comfortable beds. Additionally, the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness.

The pool is amazing and has an awesome waterfall and bar attached. The rooms were clean though sometimes it took awhile for the staff to come in and remake the room. When they remake the bed they do not put fresh sheets so if you're staying for more than a week you may want to request an actual sheet change. The front desk is super helpful and will give you maps, suggestions, and what tuk tuk rides should cost. They are honest and very good at catering to your needs. Though there were a couple of blackouts during the day, they got the power back on quite quickly. The hotel makes an amazing steak/beef salad and it's a 5 minute walk away from an AMAZING Cambodian bbq place called Darany bbq 3. It's also about a 10 minute walk away from the market.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

It's almost 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The location is quiet. The environment is nice. I look forward to it. Then the room was really clean. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. This time I booked this for the bathtub. I ca n’t sit still and feel like I ’m going to fall into the water for breakfast. The order is not bad. They are all fresh and taste good. Also, I want to thank my driver for this trip. He speaks Chinese because we wait for breakfast After telling him after leaving at 8 for a while, he told us that he also let us have breakfast. The people were very nice and took us to the restaurant for lunch. It was delicious. Driver WeChat: hpng123, Name: Hongxing, suv

We had the most magnificent stay at this hotel. The room was large and spacious and had all the amenities. The rooms were very classy and traditional, which is a must have for a tourist. The pool and breakfast areas were stunning. Breakfast was plentiful and you could choose from a set menu. The staff were the highlight of the hotel. Mr Black, Sing, Smey, Eann, Dara, Ms Kimleang and the others were incredibly gracious and attended to our every need. We appreciate their courtesy and genuine hospitality. They arranged tours and taxis in the blink of an eye. They even allowed us use of a room after we checked out for freshening up. It was through them that we booked Angkor Wat, Phnom Kulen and Apsara dinner buffets. It was all done so swiftly and with clear and proper advice and guidance. If you do book a driver, ask the hotel for Prey who has a private car. He was outstanding, humble and knowledgeable. This hotel scores a 10/10! Well done!
